Intermittent fasting! It’s helped me keep the weight off and simultaneously allows your body to cleanse itself from toxins (apoptosis). No eating for a period of 16 hrs, only water/coffee with no cream or sugar.

This message is right one time 🙏🏾❤️ First I went through a weight loss transformation, and then that led me to transform mentally (got a therapist), spiritually (got closer with God/joined church and got baptized, emotionally (I have my emotions under control now, and lastly financially (I am stable enough to take care of myself and help others when in need). I’m just so grateful that I chose this path because my life was headed for destruction just a few years ago 😢 I broke my relationship with drugs, alcohol, certain friends, new age witchcraft, casual sex… the list just goes on ❤🙏🏾

I need a change in my life and thy only way to do so is change myself and sacrifice myself to God

I went from everyday excercising after work, sometimes even before going to work, doing now almost nothing. Don't like the me looking in the mirror. I do walk about 8 to 10 km for at least three times a week, but it is not enough to loose the weight because of not enough discipline when overwhelmed by emotion and seeking comfort in food.

The first step to actually changing is confession. The actual turning away from our sinful behavior.. So help us God🙏 Thank you Bishop

I have learned so many things about men and others by listening to you , could you please talk about friends , how does a true friends looks like, and how do I know she/they are good friends,? I have bad experience friendship from the past since then I feel that couldn't trust anyone to be my friend even though I feel like I needed a good friend.

I would love to hear more suggestions on how women can deal with menopause (or as I call it… pause-all-men) and how are men dealing with it. Do men even know how to deal with women during this season of their life? I couldn’t begin to know how to date after divorce during this season of life.

My rivals are so angry their overtaking on my finances doesn’t make me beg them. They were those hovering at their parents house getting themselves in position at my jobs I had to spew their venom everywhere and shut down every job on my resume from high school to today. They are content with no content and the fact I have very difficult time in handling my bills like I did in younger days and did t charge them a dime drinking and eating at my house free while Odín rent . And sent their buddy to swoon me I’m guilty of accepting to marry thst cruelty disrespected me 2 nd day just like my mother they hate us so badly because their marriages had problems. So now they sit back holier than though fat cats and dogs saying I need to get myself together . Telling me what I can eat and buy because it still looks wting to manage what I have. Still haters rich like the broke ones were then. They should look in the mirror like I do.

It’s easy to be in church now no testimonies are heard or asked or suggested. It’s a new world. Not even military font ask don’t tell. It’s my my old brother in law shacked too before marrying in paper and license and looked so far down on me knowing nothing but my name and other holy people in the city. My issue should have been saying no to my fiancé sending me to request him to marry us and telling his parents. His father was great and somewhat regretful it sounded when I said my love for his don. He died very soon afterwards talking to him outside in flower garden by sliding down an escalator at mall near the house never recovered. I did not know until his death that my husband had not heard him say he loved him growing up. They were almost twins though. Maybe in his own way thought their look would explain it because I think his mother was rejected at first as it being his son. He was oldest but the second son was given their father’s name and the preacher which his older brother greatly spoke of and I knew it hurt him tremendously being denied. They have no kids but she has older kids from previous relationship. His mother warmed up too but not by good choice of just me waiting. Go home Bishop if you need to for a while!?! Lol . We going say oh lord first lady Lisa had a ratchet that day. Heal! Then walk slowly to the gate calling Lisa Lisa Lisa . I’m home

Where’s that New Orleans policeman stole my herringbone bracelet. The thick one. I had to go to get it got a hotel with Arthur shores granddaughter before a the kids came I think. But we rode the bus where you get free chips for casino. I got a hotel and he came with football players from Mississippi valley state . They all hold up in my room. I was so uncomfortable. I slept with those clothes in that photo ironing my skirt for the drinking street i call it. I get glasses with a umbrella to lol cool but it’s juices and berries. Alcohol and wine and champagne is the nastiest stuff Ive ever tasted. You can come to my wedding but I probably won’t have any alcohol. Just heads up! RSVP

Maybe perdue chicken will answer my resume despite not being my family by blood. Don’t want to see any in coups backyard many need to rid in renovation. Let’s hope though wherever you buy meats they’re not drugged with growth hormones. Like nervous sweat and being attacked by police they won’t put their opinion on reports a shower won’t clean later.
