The Neighbors Place is a restaurant located in the Wyndhurst community in Lynchburg, Virginia. It is known for having delicious American Cuisine. This is one of Carly’s favorite restaurants. A subscriber suggested that we do a review here. Come along with us as we dine at The Neighbors Place.

I can see how this would be a favorite restaurant. It would be hard to choose but the salad would be a winner for me. Another great review.

It's so good! They have quite a few salads on the menu to choose from. They al sound really good. They always have some amazing desserts. We don't typically get dessert because a meal is usually enough. Only when we are on vacation or if a place is known for a specific dessert do we get desserts. Thanks for watching and commenting.

That is his go to there. HIs only complaint is that he always wants more. It's a great restaurant and they have an awesome menu and atmosphere. Thanks for your continued support!

I completely agree, about wanting vegetables soft and not crunchy...especially broccoli. Everything looked great!

We've always had a good experience here. Everything we have ever ordered has been good. Carly's orthodontist office in this area so she always want to go there after her visit. We had never done a review here and a subscriber requested that we do a review. Glad it was a good experience that day since it is somewhere we do like to go. Hope y'all are having a good week.

As many times as I’ve eaten in Lynchburg, have not been here. Food looked really good. Since Miss Carly highly recommends it, will have to give it a try. Thanks for sharing.

I like snow peas too. You don't always see them in stir fry but it definitely adds a lot to the dish. Lots of choices here for sure. Appreciate you watching and commenting!

Do they actually allow dogs on the inside? I know many places are dog friendly in the outside seating area, but we've only been to one place that allows them inside. That's Johnny Rocket's, in Gatlinburg.

@@NCMemoryMakers We did not see any dogs there. However the sign is actually in the outside area of the restaurant. They have 3/4 outside eating areas. So I'm thinking it is for those areas since it was posted in one of the outside areas.

The food here looked delicious. The stir fry dish and the buttermilk chicken salad both looked so good. I agree... cooked vegetables should be soft. I too like spinach in salads much better than lettuce. I can see why this is a family favorite!

I love your local videos as I have never visited VA. I live in GA & only visit the Smokies about once a year. I’d love to see y’all visit some places like Alamo, Dolly Stampede, & Applebarn. All of your videos are fun & informative! Thanks for your time

@@juliemoon3808 We have been to all 3 of these places. We are planning on visiting the Smokies a few more times this year. So we will try out best to get to some of them. All three are good choices. Another place we like to dine is Little Tokyo. That is one of David's favorite places in Pigeon Forge.

This was another winner! Only problem I see is too many temptations on the menu! I'd probably go with the stir-fry, as well. It looks worth the rice I'm supposed to avoid as much as possible. As for allowing dogs, I remember a similar sign in the "Historic Nevada & Gambling Hall", in Ely, NV. This was years ago when they had their own coffee shop which is now a Denny's franchise. The sign also extolled the virtues of dogs over many people! And, is still in the lobby. As for salads, my idea of a good side salad serving would be what the airlines used to serve before deregulation. But, the stir-fry looked almost about right! I hope you're having a great weekend! This is definitely a winner. One of my friends just recently moved near this restaurant. So I told her I can see Neighbors Place in our future. lol Always enjoy going here and as we mentioned in the video it is one of Carly's favorite restaurants. God Bless!

Have you been to the Country Kitchen in Lynchburg? Great home cooked meals and best fried oysters I've had outside the Chesapeake Bay area.
