Nathan, wonderful hedge work.👍🏻💚💚Sorry, hedgeowner, encroaching on the other property, well, too bad. You waited too long to take care of YOUR problem.
Privacy for back yard desirable but front just a total pain for neighbors making both dark and closed in , boundary hedge needs to be 75cm lower easier to maintain, just as private and both front rooms would be much lighter it's your hedge not wanted on neighbors side!
The hedge is heavily overgrown and was badly encroaching on the neighbors yard. It still needs even more branches removed before it's back up to the fenceline. You though, did an excellent job - very clean and nicely done.
It looks pretty drastic but the hedge looks to be a laurel, they’re very hardy. I’ve seen quite a few in a similar state (UK) and they’ve all grown back to full dense hedging.
Hi Nathan, Wow they cut that back really hard. Hope it survives.. I havd a pine tree growing along beside my fence and covering half my side path. Its a common pine tree. Can i cut that back without hurting it? Stay Safe my friend ❤🙏👍🤗
@@nathanslawnsandgardens Ok Ive asked the neighbour to do something about it but hes not interested. I would just like to be able to get to my outside tap and hose..Will do a test patch where it wont be noticable and see what happens. Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. I have reported the 2 posts on here...❤🙏👍🤗
Some people don't appreciate the qualities of a sterdy hedge... cooling and privacy are 2 of them. new shoots should grow.. they bounce back pretty well like mock oranges. My b-i-l gave the myrtle trees a hard hair cut and I was mortified. But! They have happily sprouted back.
Don't understand why the neighbor could just trim their side instead of butchering it. They may not have the hedge, now, but they have an eyesore of cut branches. Tacky and wrong. Great job, Nathan. Thanks for sharing. Mow On Legend.👍🏼👍🏼
I think the owner of the hedge - should have spoken to the people on the other side - to get their permission to have that side trimmed when theirs was done - (at the hedge owners expense). Of course this should have happened many years ago.
A hedge should not be above the guttering. .had it been maintained from the beginning, the neighbors would not have been put under so much pressure, . What is the owner hiding from?
