I Love u guys so much!!! I am a 54 yr old pastor in Aiken GA, and the son of a pastor. U guys came every year to Ninety Six SC Pentecostsl Holiness Church where I grew up- and, where my dad pastored from 1972-1986. I remember from 1972-1975 U were still The Lefevres, and Bro Rex sang bass- And then, around 1976 U came when I was just 10 yrs old as "The Rex Nelon Singers" for the very 1st time.- And, I think I remember it being Kelly's 1st concert, U were a pretty little 14 yr old girl, and very shy. Lol!!! But your sweet daddy went out of his way to introduce you, and let the people know U were just getting started. And becuz of that, when U sang your 1st song, the people got behind U and just clapped and clapped- U were Daddys little princess!!! It was also the 1st time we heard this Soprano named Janet Pascal, who flat blew the doors off the church w/ that powerful Soprano voice. Then a little short dark headed dude singing tenor who always *smiled*--and, of course Bro Rex-- MR. FAMILY GOSP BASS. WoW!!! WHAT A GROUP, AND WHAT A CONCERT!!! STANDING ROOM ONLY, CHOIR WAS FULL, CHAIRS IN THE ISLE, FOYER WAS PACKED, AND STILL HAD TO TURN AWAY AT LEAST 100. THERE WAS AT LEAST 300 PACKED IN THAT CHURCH. THANK GOD I WAS THE PK, AND GOT TO SIT ON THE FRONT ROW- BUT I STILL HAD TO COME AN HR EARLY THAT SUN NIGHT. ( REMEMBER SONGS LIKE COME MORNING, ROBE N CROWN, ETC... ) And from 1976-2010 U guys packed it out EVERY SINGLE YEAR!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TILL I START OR TAKE A CHURCH HERE IN THE AUGUSTA/AIKEN AREA, -- U FOLKS WILL BE 1ST ON MY LIST FOR A CONCERT. I MISS BRO. REX- HE AND MY DAD WERE SO CLOSE. DAD USE TO SAY REX NELON WAS A PERFECT GENTLEMAN, A CLASS ACT, AND RESPECTED BY ALL ( Rare qualities, and very hard to find in 2020.) AND, BEING A BASS SINGER MYSELF, HE WAS ALWAYS **MY FAVORITE.** AND TODAY, U ARE BETTER THAN EVER!!! YOUR TALENT, THOSE SWEET BEAUTIFUL DAUGHTERS OF YOURS, THE GRANDS, THE VERSATILITY U HAVE, THE CROSSOVER ABILITY TO CARRY THE GOSPEL EVEN INTO SECULAR VENUES-- WOW, THAT LETS ME KNOW "THE NELONS" WILL BE AROUND A LONG LONG TIME-- YES, TILL WE ALL GET TO HEAVEN AND "LAY OUR CROWNS AT THE FEET OF JESUS WHEN THE LAST TRUMP OF GOD SOUNDS, JUST AS SOON AS OUR FEET STRIKE ZION, WE'LL LAY DOWN OUR HEAVEN BURDENS, PUT ON OUR ROBES OF WHITE IN GLORY, SHOUT, TESTIFY THE OLD STORY, SIT DOWN BESIDE KING JESUS, AND TELL HIM HOW GLAD WE ARE TO HAVE MADE IT OVER TO THE VICTORY SIDE OF CANAAN"---AS WE ALL THEN SING "THE SONG OF THE REDEEMED"-- "OH FOR A THOUSAND TONGUES TO SING" PRAISES UNTO HIM IN HONOR TO OUR KING!!!--AND LASTLY, WE'LL REIGN W/ CHRIST AS KINGS AND PRIESTS FOREVER AN EVER AN EVER-- WHERE THE SOUL NEVER DIES, AND WHERE "THERE WILL BE NO MORE TEARS IN HEAVEN"-- NO MORE TEARS THAT DAY- FOR IN THAT LAND "ALL" WILL BE JOY, GOD WIPES ALL TEARS AWAY!!! ( Great memories--That was the 1st song me and my oldest daughter did as a duet when she was only 4)----( Finally, I'm So Sorry for the loooong text- But I just subscribed to yr channel, and it's my 1st text, And I didn't want to leave out THE WHY I KNOW U SING- CZ SO MANY SG FANS FORGET ABOUT JESUS CHRIST IS THE WHY U DO WHAT U DO!!! WHEN I THINK ABOUT THE WHY- IT'S HARD FOR ME NOT TO PREACH, LOL..... AND WHEN I THINK ABOUT ALL THE HELL HE HAS BROUGHT ME THROUGH-- HOW CAN I NOT PRAISE HIM!!! I SURE HOPE U UNDERSTAND??? MAY GOD ALMIGHTY BLESS THE NELONS!!! ****THE BEST IS YET TO COME!!!**** -- BJB

These beautiful souls already found a resting place at the feet of Jesus Christ

I saw a post Amber had posted to her father on Father's day. She said it was 4 years that she hasn't had her father here on earth. Then she said until we meet again, please take care of my twins. So very sad and devastating for Autumn......But Wow, what glorious moment to see God & their Savior Jesus and all their loved ones gone before, including their babies. 1Cor 2:9...What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” - the things God has prepared for those who love him- Gone to be with those they loved, awaiting those they love....Hallelujah!

Many prayers for all the dear families affected by this tragedy. Autumn, many special prayers for you as you’ve lost so much. God will give you strength. These precious ones are in the arms of Jesus, safely HOME.❤❤❤❤❤❤

I am hurting but I know God had a reason and I where they are and we going to soon have a heavenly concert to out shine anything we have ever heard.

I never heard of them till now, what beautiful voices! I'm so saddened to hear of the tragedy, listening to these beautiful songs make me cry for such a loss but may they rest in peace with GOD almighty!
