@@t-real9054 not as unrealistic as you think. One of the first things my brother learned in martial arts was not to attack. But if he was defending someone, like here, then he would step in to defend. Now that being said, it looks like this guy got a kick out provoking those guys in school. Still a fun scene 😅
@@t-real9054I once knew a martial arts guy (European championship finalist in his style). He said he is not allowed to ever attack anyone outside of training and championships and even has to warn them, when he is attacked and wants to defend himself, because his abilities are considered a lethal weapon by the courts. He was also absolutely calm and made you feel safe just by being in his presence.
@gsmoke2595 So you're telling me if someone was harassing one of your family members and you constantly, you would just stand there and do nothing? Makes total sense. I'm guessing you're one of those people who have nothing to do with their life, so instead, just say stupid things for a sliver of attention.
Look at that effing treasure trail. What's up with your effing body hair, big shoots? You look like a 12 year old Dutch girl. Your esthetician coif that for you?
No... Actually he clearly doesn't he just was justifiably extremely pissed off at the end but he should've put an end to it at the beginning. But this is just a movie and most people would do what I said he should've done (unless they're actual nerds)
@@mattmccullough1093 people who can handle bullies in a badass way without getting hit not even once? Not really since most bullies are completely unskilled cowards in real life and they're easily handled when people stand up to them
I love how media shows you how the guy stands up for himself but in reality it never happens like that and we all have to deal with the silent suffering from the bully and don't even think about going to any teachers or the principal because 1. They won't do anything 2. The bully will call a snitch 3. It's a waste of your time
Hi..I hope you’re doing okay. I hope things get better for you. Also, if you think there is someone you can tell that will help please do so. Being called a snitch by bullies is nothing, especially when your safety and mental health is on the line. So, so what if you tell. If that’s not an option then I hope you can find a way to learn self-defense. I hope that you no longer have to suffer in silence and can live happily and freely. Blessings!

And No. 4; where you get the blame for the bully's antics. I went through it too when I was in school and got suspended for standing up for myself making my bully cry, they always cry the loudest.
I don’t fully agree with him not listening to both his sister’s or his side of the story because in a situation like this, any girl could choose to lie in order to frame a guy as bad. Not saying it’s this case, but it’s possible in real life.
There’s a reason people like this don’t fight back when provoked…because they know they can tear you apart at anytime. Bullies should fear the person who shows them no fear
Many strong people stay away from fights. They chose not to fight and just move on. Don't provoke those kind of guys. They can prove you as a Loser in front of everybody anytime.
They leave high school and learn very quickly that you can't act like a ten year old bully in the real world, because eventually some stranger will kick your arse.

Usually, the first thing a martial arts instructor tells new pupils is, " If you can, you avoid fights. Just walk away, or even run away if you have to. You only use martial arts if there is NO OTHER CHOICE."

@@DiamondDude1109 You’re going way too far by saying “but always stand up for your sister” and disregarding the possibility that it will enable a little sister to do bad things too. If your big or little sister is an atrocious liar and you keep standing up for her, you’ll only enable her. You and her are both accountable. This guy was probably the ONLY actor in Kobra Kai who actually DID know martial arts. He did not learn this while filming that kiddie show... He had it all BEFORE. He's been around since he was a little kid, mostly doing karate.
