Jack, I think that the gray hollow head guy at the end was the Dark Lord because at the end of the last animator vs animation, the Second Coming exploded the Dark Lord and i think the Dark Lord survived and wanted revenge

The stickman on the last scene is called Victim He was created before the chosen one and the dark lord Plus he was always hostile against alan And Alan never saved his program. So you can consider him "deleted" from Alan's pc and now he seeks revenge
