Bobbin winder has a thread cutter on it too so you don't need the scissors to cut the thread good tip I learned in my lesson yesterday bobbin also has a thread cutter in it
I just bought this machine and had no idea it could do embroidery this way. Is it possible to use an embroidery program where it stitches out the image? I’m really happy with this machine. Out here in the northwest corner of Washington state, it retails for $2500 but you should be able to find a discounted price of $2000.
Hi Susan, The Bernina 475 QE doesn't come with an embroidery unit to stitch out an image. They are great for doing free machine embroidery. There are some more ideas on how to free machine embroider on my RU-vid Chanel: Claire Muir Free Machine Embroidery. I hope that helps
Hi Claire, I had the old version and decided to upgrade to this. I enjoy the bold flower inbuilt designs but I can't find it in this. Rather, it's the smaller designs I find. Pls what do I do? Or is there area I can find it? Thanks

Love your videos they are much better than the actual Bernina ones. I want to do more free motion am a bit scared, but did a lesson with a picture of a bird on it, a panel and was a bit freeer doing this as it didn't matter where the stitches went and you had the picture to follow

Pues me has sorprendido, porque yo pensé que rondaría los 3.000 € es preciosa, yo tengo una Bernette, que es la línea económica de Bernina hace 25 años y va como un tiro, pero está algo anticuada.
