It’d be interesting if the damage they do is round based. Round one you can take like 3 hits and on round 200 you instantly die, it uninstalls your game, and somehow gives you the red ring of death even though you’re on PS4.

Game Informer striked my asss too so never trust them, they are also not good to reach out, I tried and they got no remorse. So yeah dont ever do it.

Maybe Von was thinking that the Zombies health scales with the rounds, not the players health or the Zombies damage output, like maybe he thought about the players hitting the zombies with a melee and that changes with the rounds?

If this is true I hope they at least don’t make it awful, like round 50 it’s a one hit no matter what, that would make me throw my PS4 out the window. But if they do it right it could add another challenge which would be really cool because let’s be honest bo3 wasn’t challenging with stuff like perkaholic and a shied on (almost) every map.

Milo, in that interview, Vondy was referring to ZOMBIE HEALTH scaling with rounds, which is usual. He mentioned your health against zombies he has no idea about as that's from the zombies team

While I was watching the trailer I think I found some zombies who have fire in their eyes. Those zombies with “red eyes” just thought you should know that. Keep up the good work and I am looking forward to all the great content in the near future

Milo, what Vahn meant is, How many hits it takes to kill a zombie, which DOES depend on the round. It takes one shot with a certain gun to kill on round 1, but multiple shots on another round. He misunderstood what they meant with hits.

I hope they make bo4 zombies a good 4 player split screen experience. Miss the days when you’d go to your friend’s house and play zombies all night with 3 of your best friends on split screen. I remember my first time playing motd. It was at my friends house and we all stayed up until 4am playing the map. It was all so confusing and new at first but it was a really great time and I’m super nostalgic of that time lol.

Just watched a really interesting video. A Black Ops 1 Verruckt vs Black Ops 4 Verruckt comparison video.

What I think is that when the rounds are higher, the zombies start to run or get "angry" you can say, they become stronger and the game expects you to have jug, I'm just saying that could be what he means, so that will be good for new zombies players, they wont go down on round 1 or 2, they can have more time to learn.

What really drew my eye was that apparently there is a realistic mode now, and that is huge for hardcore high rounders. Bo4 is surely going to blow it out of the park

WHAT IF Vaan was referring to how many hits it takes to down a zombie, not the other way around? I think it's totally plausible that he's just clueless about zombies, as Milo says, but I think it's equally plausible that he misunderstood the question... instead of answering about how many hits to down the player, maybe he was answering how much it takes to down the zombie. This would explain his kind of bewildered expression and reaction of like "Uhh, it depends on the round, duhhhh". Just a thought!

I honestly believe that they are going to be bringing in manual healing into zombies They probably might be keeping the 2/3 hit system just you won't be able to auto heal like in the old games. Juggernog is probably going to function the same exact way That's what I think...

I like the 2/3 hit better than different damage per round. Maybe if that’s the case then you could upgrade perks?

I think this is a good system, so long as it never goes down to getting one hit. Like maybe Jugg past round 50 will only give you one extra hit and no jugg will give you only 2 hits.

Well actually in black ops 3 on round 20+ if you have about 5 zombies hitting you, you go down lots quicker than 5 zombies on round 10

Von had a complete DERP moment and thought we were literally talking about the ZOMBIES' HEALTH. Not the players. That's why he said it depends what round your on.

One thing from the new trailer that may or may not concern me is the potions that we see the characters drinking. Part of me thinks that those might be perks or something of that sort OR, this is what concerns me, this could be how we regenerate health. I really hope it’s not the case that we have to manually regenerate our health. I guess we’ll have to wait and see.

What if david wasnt clueless and meant that the zombies do scale by round but u can upgrade ur health with skill points or such, and also special weapon as jason explained. So what if each round u are given a specific amount of skill points and u can buy skills like special damage, weapon damage, health, shield etc.

Maybe he brought up round because he’s thinking about boss zombies. Like if you’re on round 10 and a boss zombies freaking 1 shots you, yea it would depend on what round you’re on. Does that make sense? I feel like it made more sense in my head...

I think 2 hit was the best because that made the game fun they should add easy as 3 hit and normal as 2 hit i dont like doind this but like if you agree we need them to hear us

one thing that bothers me about the zombies is that the AI doesn't look revamped at all. They seem to be running in the same patterns and trains like they have been doing for ages which makes it extremely easy to kill them

It could be that the interviewer was refering to the players health while Vahn was referring to the zombies health since that scales with rounds.

I would find it very interesting if they changed the health system in zombies per round. It could change everything. If the zombie community wants a challenge, why not change the health system. Makes for better strategy and communication with players to get the Easter eggs completed.

It’s probably a 3 hit. There was leaked BOTD gameplay on Reddit, and the health bar had three bars, and it said 150 health. It went to 250 when he drank Jugg

Just as a super simple and basic solution, any possibility if and when he said that he meant if you’re in an earlier round you don’t have a jugg like perk but later on you have jugg and therefore you’d be downed by different amounts of hits? Probably improbable but it’ll be interesting to see what actually is going on when the game comes out

If it changes with the rounds that means that zombie damage lowers with each round because each round has more zombies wich is equal to more probabilities of getting hit.

Well the zombies in the blackout beta didn’t do that much damage. Maybe they start out weak like the zombies there then as the rounds go they increase their damage (some kind of quadratic formula?) until it reaches a max of downing you in 2 or 3 hits at like round 20 or something?
