Ok tbh they’re just a normal family living their life, that just happened to become famous because of their daughter. Everything dramatic that happens, like dixie saying that charli is jealous and blah blah is OBVIOUSLY pushed on them by those who made the reality show. I actually think they’re very relatable. I mean *I* relate a lot with charli. I don’t have a sister, I have a brother, but the way she cried when she saw her sister perform is literally how I cried when I saw my brother play music in a concert. We have basically the same type of mother, the way she said “she’s the kid that’s always in the back of the class and I push her to go to the front” is literally me and my mother. Me, never wanting to speak for myself in fear of being loud or inconveniencing someone, and my mother, also “quiet” but not as much as me, telling me that I need to have more confidence and when I need something, ask for it and not just sit there silent in fear of inconveniencing people that 1. Don’t even care for me and 2. Won’t even be inconvenienced. So yeah, I’ve always related to charli, she’s the only “normal” famous person I’ve seen and by far the most unproblematic one. People are reaching HARD in order to find reasons to cancel or hate her, just because she’s more famous than them, and that’s honestly sad for them.

I feel like at 3:40 I know how she's feeling because singing and all that is her life outside her family and it's what she does when Shes independent and confident so letting the people who have seen when you were codependent and insecure into that situation is nerve-wracking especially if you have social anxiety, which many celebs these days do, so I feel like when it says "acting like she's going to perform in front of 20,000 people" it probably feels like that for her because of how intimate and close she is with her family, its more anxiety-inducing when she lets them into this stuff!
