Thanks for this fine review, I personally use Valectra (paris) dryer which is quieter but the connection of the nosels and diffuser are plastic and break easily. I think my dryer is lighter also as my associate uses the dyson and I compared them . I woul definately buy the dyson as my next dryer. I do love the engineering of it and am tired of 30 years of me too dryers by all the companies in the business using a 50 year old design as a basis for a new machine. Thanks and good luck to you.
all the reviews I have watched comment on the lightness of the product and how the nozzle is magnetic. so what? does your hair look better? for the price this has to be the most important question
Just bought the Rusk speed freak hairdryer for a mother’s day gift instead. Had nothing but Great reviews. With discount bought it around $70. Any idea how the Rusk compares to the Dyson??

Fair review however I feel he didn't address the price point enough. This hairdryer is VERY expensive. However I guess if you are a hairstylist and you own your own salon, I guess you could justify this.

Well I can justify the price, I've bought not one but two Paul Mitchell professional hair dryers , gave one to my sister... anywhoo... I bought this dyson supersonic hairdryer which is really supersonic!! In my bathroom as I was blowing my hair out!! This hair dyer was making kinda sonic sounds... it was blowing my shower doors... that said ... I've been using Kerstase shampoo and conditioner .... and Shu Uelura Products ... I didn't see no great change in my hair... at one time I was very very highlighted blonde...ok I did a little.... But when I used this supersonic hair dyer my hair was and is silky and now it's kinda too oily!!! I ❤️❤️❤️❤️ It!!!
Question I have a disabled daughter who is very small with short arms when she drys the back of her hair a regular dryer gets buried in her scalp do you think that this would be a better option
Eric Rogers she ned to hold her hair from behind back to her face with Brach and turn her had Aletol to help her for do not fell tired holding long time the bldriyer .and if she need volume just use bigger bruch ☺️

Adam Hudspith yes, for my hair type, yes I'm impressed. I have naturally curly hair and I straighten it always, with this, I don't have to use a flat iron, and that had ruined my hair. It's smoother and the feud is gone! It took a week or so for my hair to get used to it... with anything, you have to use it for a while. I love it.... if you're not happy, I'm sure you can return it! 😘🙃

Trying to justify and see real reviews. Can't be sure this guy isn't being paid by Dyson. So it makes the roots frizzy on curly and thick hair. The attachments are magnetic and it's lighter weight. Big deal. If I can't round brush effectively it is a waste of my money. I currently use the Babyliss Volare VI. Also will this cost $400 for everyone or can we get it at our supply store? Lots of unanswered questions
This is nothing more than a slick, professionally produced Dyson commercial. Notice all the cutaways and multiple camera angles. Wouldn't give it an ounce worth of weight. Look elsewhere for non-biased reviews from somebody who actually went out and purchased the product.
If a company sponsors a video the video has to mention that they did. So no, they definitely did not sponsor this video. It seems to me like people hate when a good things comes around, especially a pricey one.
Wonderfully produced video! This product gets rave reviews but I really wanted to hear a hair stylist's point of view - thank you for this! I could suggest a couple of things to optimize your video so that it gets more views if you like :)
I use the other dryer (Babyliss Volare) and it honestly weighs nothing and I love everything about it. I can't justify spending ridiculous amounts of money on the Dyson. Plus I'd honestly feel stupid using it.
Dixie Normus it actually cost them £50 million to develop this product. I also thought their ads in the UK for this didn't labour that point at all. You should do your due diligence. All the best.
