991s and Panameras are designed in Germany, not the UK. It stands to reason that their regulations (and/or the EU’s) are (even slightly) different. Then again, Bentley, for all their English heritage, are owned by VW.
Can we just appreciate the fact that Bentley, while it might not have a W12, and has a hybrid assistant, hasn’t gone full EV with their V8 Hybrid system?
Not just that, it might be hybrid but it's being used to increase the performance of the V8 in Sport. Turbo lag? Not a thing. Whatever the engine cannot do the electric motor makes sure you get 1000Nm all the time
Now that's a great way to introduce your new product. Taking it out of it's comfort zone, because who thought of a Flying Spur drifting around a racetrack? Also very nice story in the video, I love it!
