The Red Route explores the fragrant heaths and scattered woodland of the wild, northern part of the New Forest National Park. From historic Lyndhurst, through the storybook village of Burley, the market town of Ringwood and riverside Fordingbridge, back across vast heath plains into the heart of the Forest.
