It doesn't matter how well you did in the last Heroic Race in the next one you will be matched randomly. Another DC youtuber debunked that. It's only your fist Heroic Race which is staged because, you are matched with bots. At least reach Lap 5 because, if you don't get to Lap 5 you won't get the Heroic. I would also recommend trying to keep this account F2P.
