I realy dislike this type of advertising. Mobile games are always a cash grab... But this is even worse. Strong bounty hunters don't make sense. A person at that vice Admiral+ level of strength wouldn't care about money that much. Also, the Marines would definitely approach such a person. If that person works with the marines, he becomes a marine, if he works against them, he becomes a criminal. There's no neutral ground, unless the person decides to not intervene in the world, and quietly retires.

No, it isn't. Queen's bounty is 1.320, while the plague happened in 1353. Oda could've simply given him a bounty of 1.353 billion, he's been known to give bounties like 1.111

I feel like Bonney knows where Vivi is or if someone's with her(Other than the giant duckazoo) because Vivi's kinda on the run from the World Government because they wanna kill her too and since Bonney saw Sabo, I don't see why she couldn't have seen Vivi. In the world of One Piece, strenght plays a little part in bounties, what matters is your reputation and your actions, Mihawk have the reputation to hunt marines and his latest action was to joined the Cross Guild, and finally he is strong . Baggy and Crocodile have a very big reputation in the new world, so being in the same crew as these two would make your bounty rise up like crazy .

I guess it has to do with her being a subordinate of Luffy and not acting on her own. Robin is quite passive and prefers to lay low. If she had more Luffy like drive and a penchant for aggressive action she'd probably be way higher up. Luffy is the guy that kicks down your door and tells you he kicked it down. Robin picks the lock and then relocks the door after she leaves.

As a reader bountys make sense for the purpose of power scaling but story wise it doesn't make sense since we don't see any bounty hunters actually try to claim these billion berry bounties. I mean why would the government keep increasing these bounties when all they seem to do is deter people from claiming them because these high numbers induce a sense of impossibility to take them down. I wonder if there is a bigger pay off the sense of a mini arc or a movie where there is a worlds greatest bounty hunter that will try to claim luffy bounty. Like a non canon movie where this bounty hunter ends up capturing kidd and law and luffy is next on the list but ends up taking out sanji zoro and jimbe. That be the greatest one piece movie in my eyes.

I wonder how high Rocks Pirate and Dragon bounty is. Since Rocks has 3 emperors on their crew below those 3 became a emperor and Roger even had to teammate to beat Rocks, there is a potential to Rocks having more bounty than Roger, but at the same time maybe not cause Bounty is based on how dangerous they are rather than strength and Roger is the King afterall. But Dragon in the other hand. His supposed to be the most dangerous person in the world, and that was even back when Whitebeard was still alive, so does that mean Dragon have atleast 5 billion bounty? Who knows, lol XD

There does exist at least two games where jacks value higher than aces: Euchre and 500 where the jack of the trump suit is dubbed the Right Bower (highest value card in Euchre) and the same-coloured jack of a non-trump suit is dubbed the Left Bower. My guess, Rayliegh is just about the same as Roger in terms of bounty, maybe even higher. especially since they have yet to show it. The allure of Rayliegh in this series is undeniable and the fact that mihawk's is now shown, tell me Rayliegh is probably higher than Rogers for some odd reason. The trend in the series is that the later the bounty is shown the higher it is. My guess is 5.6b or 5.7b. Rayliegh's presence gives off far more than just the right hand man. That aside, I think Dragon has the highest bounty outright; given that he's a direct threat to the WG. All my opinion of course.

Weird theory, buggy is actually insanely strong in haki but his devil fruit chops up his haki prowess and splits it all around him, this is why his fans are always so positive because his haki is boosting them in power and morale, if he gains control over it he could weaponise his own haki by splitting it up into needles or swords and move the pure energy around

While being "The Most Wanted Man in the World" doesn't necessarily mean that he has the highest bounty, I strongly suspect that Dragon's bounty is higher than Gol D Roger's was, if for no other reason than the fact he's still alive, while the former pirate king very much is not.
