Nice review. Here in the UK this model is being sold as the gt line 's'. Standard gt line doesn't come with digital guages, led headlights, rear heated seats etc unfortunately. I don't understand why they couldn't keep the spec the same in each country.
Hello, thank you for watching! Yes here in Belgium for example there is no such thing is a Proceed Gt-line s. We only got the Gt-line and Gt version. The reason they change the specs depending from country to country is mainly because of the preferences of the local population. Like for example the Proceed in the USA got much more power then the European version. Just because of the fact that car taxes are low in the US and many people have powerful cars, so the manufacterer adjusts it's product to that particular county :)
Hello, thank you for watching! I'm curious why you think the title is misleading? In Belgium where i live, there is no such thing is a Gt-line S. On the Proceed we only got the Proceed Gt-line or the Proceed Gt version.
In Belgium we have 3 lines. The GT Line Essential with the 1.0 120hp engine. Then you have the Gt Line with 160hp followed by the GT sporting the 1.6 204hp.
A shiny appearance does not hide that fact that Kia all in all are just expensive junk, they break down way to early, they are noisy and expensive to repair (Way before the acclaimed 7-10 year warranty runs out) or 100 000 miles And when it does the KIA dealership ask you as a customer to change the parts yourself! Seriously? *I'll never buy a KIA ever again and i'm about to buy at least three new cars, this time my money is on the competition!*
Had two KIA's from brand new, Picanto MY16 and Ceed MY18. Drove both of them past warranty and they never had any repairs, only regular service intervals which is expected on any car. What you are saying is definitely not a general issue. The KIA brand has been on the rise for the last 5 years and are in many cases outperforming even German car brands on durability looking at recent years test publications. If you are basing your comment upon a 20 year old experience, please try a new KIA. None of them are like you describe.
This is related probably to Kia Usa, Thay have some issues with 2.0 and 2.4l petrol engines from 2010-2018! In europa, so far i do not hear about this problems and some engines and car models are made only for europa market and are made in europa!! By the way all brends have some issues, and lot depend on driver!!!!
