The imprint doesn't sit right with me. I have the noir NeoNoe and it's much deeper than that. It looks like the super fakes I've seen. Can you do an updated video please?
You might call it a tad bit fragile lol. That’s why I decided to keep it on. The chain JUST fits through the opening, thus putting pressure on the little lever. I rest in knowing that this would be a replacement part. Even if LV doesn’t offer the rings they can be found on Amazon 😃 Thank you for your question! 😄

@@bluemoon7784 I was surprised. I would’ve put up a stink if I had taken it in. My daughter dropped off and picked up for me. I’m 3 hrs away from boutique and my daughter was near one while on a work assignment. Initially the CA said no chg., when it came back 6 weeks later she said, sorry there is a fee for replacing. 🤷🏽♀️ anywho, specs from LV website: strap drop: 10.6 inches. Max drop: 18.5 I’m 5’3”.
@@lvforme3019 oh wow 😟 I cannot believe first she will mention that it would be no charge and upon picking it up you would have to pay… $200! Wow LV customer services is definitely declining! About 2 yrs ago I had a similar problem with one of the strap hooks on my mettis broke, they immediately replaced it at no cost, I don’t understand why they wouldn’t the same for your bag. I guess these companies are getting more strict, which in the long run will only hurt their customer base. @@denisebarbacena9795 hi there! It does not. This particular bag isn’t a everyday carry, but even if it were it would take a considerable amount of time to wear depending on how “hard” one is on their bag. Lol. And, at the end of the day, I rest in knowing LV can reglaze my purses. 😃
