It's pretty easy. There is already tons of guides on RU-vid. Just type zip jump in mw3

Essentially you just jump and.move you joystick forward or whatever direction you wanna go right before you reach the top of the zip

I've been using a similar iron sights build to this since the start, as fun as it is, the nerf to the aim assist on it is definitely needed for balance, I'll miss it but the game will be better for it.
