unbelievable fvcking true... gosh i felt it by myself, travelling through the nether for like 2 hours STRAIGHT and havent found a fortress, until i died/run out of hunger, less concentrated and died from falling into a 1 block hole in this shit biome where lava can between some blocks (these grey blocks of a vulcano shit)... so done
yea! In hard mode, there should be a very small chance that when you first spawn, it puts you right in the nether, it will make speed runs super interestng!
@@ebgurif Man imagine actually enjoying a section of a video you watched and quoting it because you found it funny. Imagine trying to actually share your enjoyment of something with strangers on the internet who may agree. People like you are such a major buzzkill for real.
@@ebgurif now did you really have to go and do that? If you really did go do that to everyone else because why not be the biggest prick of this video. To put it bluntly; shut up
Ben Palmer these types of comments that just quote what happened in the video are super annoying, the comment section is suppose to be for talking about the video not reciting exactly what happened in the video for likes :/
@@darksunrise its clear you miss the whole point of comments like this. The fact of the matter is you percieve it as "easy likes" but the fact of the matter is the comment was indeed talking about the video. By linking and quoting a specific section he found particularly enjoyable. And you know what. In context thats totally fine. I have a small channel that uploads really infrequently (pretty much i upload whenever im in the rare mood to eother start a project or something mildly amusing has happened) but as a content creator i love seeing comments like these on my videos. They make it abundantly clear what people enjoy and what makes them smile. Responses like this no matter how "Shallow" you believe they are. Get likes for ones reason. Other people agree that that particular moment was memorable. By getting upset at comments like this you miss the entire point.. that being wrwatch the videos for entertainment. To enjoy the time spent watching them. So at the end of the day whats the proble. With someone finding a moment funny or memorable. And even moreso what the issue with people agreeing and giving said person a like. The button is there for a reason after all.
Random spawning portals are good except they are really only efficient to use if you have obsidian and a flint and steel or fire charge with you or enough in the chest. You also need to have gold armor on to befriend piglins yet gold doesn’t have the best durability. There is also an enderman area in the nether (the warped area) which is incredibly annoying to spawn in yet is good for ender pearls if you can kill all the endermen. Trading with piglins are also good for trading to get pearls yet you need gold ingots and if you mine anything golden or open their chests they will kill you even with gold armor on. Nether fortresses are also much harder to find which means blaze rods are harder to find, I do believe you can trade with villagers to get blaze rods but that takes alot of upgrading. It is really a 50/50 for speedrunners.
Actually warped forests are amazing for getting pearls so easily, since a lot of endermen spawn there. You can find the fortress quite easily if there is a nether wastes biome nearby.
Piglins are faster if you can get the gold. Warped forests are probably where the meta will go after a while and Piglin bastions will become like looting strats, when you get them, they’re cool, but it’s unlikely you will. Piglins are also going to be the SSG strats
@@vivimos_en_una_sociedad7758 Yes,they are handy, but it's faster to build one from scratch if there is a lava lake nearby, they sometimes have crying obsidian in them which is a pain in the ass to break as you could see in the video. Oh and not to forget, they are useless if the player didn't find obsidian prior to the portal's discovery or if there is not obsidian in the portal's chest. They should not be counted on during speedruns, they are mostly a distraction, but they are somewhat useful in survival where speedrunning is not a priority.
@@Chris-rx6ov Well they shouldn't,but consider it or not, every game has speedrunning these days. I wrote my comment as a joke on the title of the video,I wasn't saying that Mojang made this update so it only affects speedrunners in a bad way.
Will There be a Rematch *Illumina V.S Dream* OR *Illumina And Dream Gets Hunted By 4 Hunters* 4th Hunter will Be Skeppy Or TechnoBlade OR Just make it to 5 Hunters Now that is Intense
@Dragon Kirby he only plays on 1.14 because of the villlager trades allowing faster speedruns but if 1.16 allowed a more quicker route, he would switch to it since it's all in the '1.9+" category
@@yveltalsea first of all, mexico is part of central america, not north, second of all, no one is referring to the continent of north america, so that doesn't even mean anything here. another 10 year old dream stan thinks he's einstein or something, look up this basic stuff before trying to sound smart dude.
The fact that I was here for all of the streams and am still entertained by this video- either I'm just really easily amused or Illumina is chad levels of funny. Probably both
@Siddharth Kalra boo hoo youtuber who CLEARLY monetizes his videos puts video over 10 minute mark for an opportunity to get more revenue and clearly doesn't affect the viewers at all, and instead providing more content me big mad 😡😡😡
Can't wait for them to add a mode where you spawn in the nether, and your speedrun starts there. That, would have to be in a separate catagory from 1.9+ for sure
Why doesn't he have a shield? half of his deaths would have been prevented Edit: I know that it costs time and iron but you might lose a good run without it as Illumina has shown sooo many times and by using a shield he minimises the damage he takes from blazes, skeletons and ender men.
