I’m so happy I found this interview! It’s before Bridgerton launched 😊 She was my favorite character from the start along with Colin and Eloise. And Nicola is a phenomenal actress. I loved her in Derry Girls and of course now I love her in Bridgerton.
She's phenomenal in Big Mood. I highly recommend that if you haven't seen it yet. Camilla is working on S2 but hasn't been officially greenlit at this stage yet, I don't think. Really hanging out for S2!
Great interview! Thank you :). 36:00 this is auch an important point, Trans women suffer from sexism in so many ways, there are so many active Feminist transwomen who fight for all women. The reason no one talks about trans men is just absolute basic sexism. Being a man or masculine is good trans men are discriminated and victimised when they are treated like women and denied their existance, Being a woman or feminine is bad, trans women are discriminated and victimised for being women. Just like gay men where victimised for being presumed to be feminine. Terfs are not the biggest threat to trans women. But they cause a lot of harm.
