This is the brand new Olight Javelot flashlight for 2024. In my video overview review first look I will show you beam shots of the flashlight outrdoors, at I=night and in use. Is it good? how does it compare? well I do a Vs comparison with the Javelot min. Both are thrower flashlights with a lt of power. This is a great outdoors light for work, search and rescue, hunting and EDC.

Your actually the guy that got me started with these lights. When you showed the baton 4 when it came out I ordered one and been hooked since. Yes I did order that javelot soon as it went up. Thanks for your channel. I definitely enjoy it!

Thanks for the review, ordered 1 last night. I do not understand why they didn't make the holster chargable like the seeker 4 pro.

I watched a comparison just yesterday actually. The Javelot had a more focused beam, so under a couple hundred metres the X4 kept pace but also had a larger hotspot, longer distances the Javelot was more clear prolly due to that beam focus. I'm not an expert at all, but for most people they probably wouldn't be different enough to justify having both, but for someone looking for a dedicated thrower that you can carry in a pocket, the Javelot looked more interesting.

@ :25 the original Javelot lights up as far as the roadway allows. New Jav-alittle only to the corner. I have an original and it is my walking "assistant", Sally the blk lab is the other. No magnet in the tail?... drops to a 7 rating. The mid size market is for those who do not use their torches, they charge and charge and charge and wait.

Anyone else's Javelot have a yellow beam? I'd say mine is around 5000k maybe even less.

My Javelot isn't yellow but I have a lot of the Baton Pro Max in different colors and they all seem slightly different color light beam? about 5000k to 6000k
