It's simpler now. And with loadouts you can easily save your paragon selections with your builds. One thing, the overall stats you get are better cause it's balanced in all stats.
Overall the stats are the same but we can no longer distribute them unequally leading to less values of some stats and more value of others (for example like resistance) Unfortunately this part of the new system is a bit of a downgrade 🤷
