@@grahamvincent9065 it’s probably because people think they’re getting a good deal but not realising the amount of maintenance they require. Like all cars, they all have issues and things will break during its lifetime.

Dad had a Range Rover in Abu Dhabi in the early 1990s, but got rid of it because of issues with the electrics. Turned out to be a common complaint. Toyotas are king over there today. In fact he switched to a Land Cruiser then a Nissan Infiniti SUV before retiring.
