Another great episode guys.. I'd love to see a video of every get off my lawn compilation video...I absolutely love that segment! Keep up the great work guys!
Sean, so sorry to hear about your loss. May God blessed his soul, Amen! 🙏 I loss my dog this year, it’s the hardest thing, I ever had to experience. I hope you find peace and always know your dog there in spirit. I love watching all your shows, your awesome. Stay strong stay positive.
Hey Sean. So sorry about Zoey, my condolences. So great to see you guys again. I know you’re both coming into a busy con/work season again which makes your content extra special to us. Stay safe, much love.
Hey Sean. Sincerely so sorry about your dog Zoey. There’s almost nothing worse then losing a furry friend. I lost my 3 1/2 yr old Husky to an Auto Immune Deficiency after a year of trying everything. To add insult to injury I lost my mother the same day to vascular dementia & Alzheimer’s. Life’s rough & although I’m not religious, I have a strong conviction our loved ones (especially our furry friends) are aware of us & we’ll see them again…..on that note…SAN DIEMUS HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL RULES!! Love the show!
So sorry about the loss of your fur kid, Sean. Although I don’t have pets, I have friends & family who do and I’ve experienced their grief after losing one. Big hugs to you and Nay.
First time listening to you guys, I'm hooked. Rarely can I maintain interest for longer than 5 min in something. I found myself watching the whole episode. I have minor experience working horror conventions/ film festivals. Mainly with celebrities and marketing. Love seeing and hearing you discuss the business, behind the scenes info. Your reviews are exactly dead on.
Lost my cat about the same time as your puppy! 14 years with my Midnight! I know how those feels man! Glad you guys were able to make this happen though! Stay strong fellas! Happy New Year to yall! Hopefully better things in the next few weeks and upcoming months! 🙏❤🤘
I was someone who liked Halloween Kills a lot (against the grain), and I liked 5cream, too. I’m normally pretty critical of a lot of these newer movies (because they are normally low quality), but I liked this one. Thought it was better than Scre4m.
Awesome episode as always gentlemen! Just got on Fangoria & voted for Mr Nelson also at the bottom it asks our opinion for “best kill” and I had to put Fear Street 1994 Kate & the bread slicer! That’s going to go down as an epic kill in cinema history! Glad the vector file worked so well on the TWTH’s shirts, happy to help & give it a try! I knew it would. And looking forward to meeting you Sean at Frightmare just wish Chris would be attending too but I know that’s out of your hands, up to Loyd! Cheers man 🤘🏼……🤜🏼🤛🏼
Owww sooo happy with another episode🥳🥳 And yes i was watching it wearing my Horrors Hallowed Ground shirt . Also i have the TWTH shirt. I’m thinking about picking up a 3rd shirt, but i can’t decide yet which one. Amazing shirts by the way! They’re 100% quality👌🏻
Yes! I'm finally caught up on all the episodes! Just want to say that I've become a pretty big fan of this podcast. Thank you for what you guys do! We appreciate it in the horror community. My question is for Sean - I guess it may be a "Get off my lawn" for me. "What's the deal" with celebrities charging outrageous prices at cons now? I went to Monstermania 6 and the most I ever paid was $50 for Robert Englund and the most other celebrities were charging was $40. I know they're there to make money but the prices are ridiculous. I feel that it takes away from meeting other celebrities and buying stuff from the vendors. We're attending horrorhound this March and Matthew Lillard is charging $100 for an autograph and a picture. Sorry if this seems a little lengthy but I feel like I need to vent about this I'm on a limited income and they already make a ton of money. Back in the day it felt like a way to meet your favorite actors but now it just feels like a money grab for them. What's both of your opinions on this? Thanks for reading.
Sean, been keeping you in my thoughts for the last couple weeks. It was hard enough reading (Instagram) about Zoey, let alone hearing you speak about it. Damn. As a fellow dog lover, I get it, I've known it, and I wish you the best. Dogs leave an imprint that never leaves us. Big hugs man. Great to have you guys back. Always a joy sitting down and getting to hear you all chat. Thank you for giving us this escape. Best wishes to both of you. Take care.
I'm so so so sorry about Zoey. Losing a pet is one of the worst things in the world. My heart is broken for you because I know the pain you are enduring right now. Stay strong. ❤️
Miss seeing you guys, it's been awhile. Just watched 1981's The Funhouse with my son because of you Sean. We enjoyed it. Hope you both are well and we get to see another episode soon. Devil x5 and all that too
Sean my thoughts are with you with the loss of your dog. I just lost one of my pet budgies last week. He passed away in my hand and I couldn't hold it together. It's tough. Respect to both you and Chris for another great episode. iI makes my day when I see a new episode is available. Big hugs from Scotland.
Sean im sorry for your loss I know what its like, always keep going and look forward to better days ahead. Chris, sorry to hear you had COVID it fucking sucks I had it a week after we were at Flashback last summer my taste and smell are still not 100% and yes I was double vaxxed but like you said it could of been worse and im glad you’re good dude! Glad to see you guys back I missed ya’s!
Sean, Chris another great show!! after 2 years of being healthy, I finally got Covid, so am getting through that, so it was awesome to have a two heads podcast today, helped me feel better!! I love Ozark as well, show is top notch, love the Bateman imitations !! 😂 Cool to see Chris nominated in Fangoria, he got my vote for sure! I appreciate the get off my lawns, agree with Chris theres alot of meanness and stupidity in the world! looking forward to Horrorhound, hope to be able to say hi to you as well as Grimmlife collective who are supposed to be there, loved the collab video you did. Looking forward to Chris’s next film!!! Be safe you guys!! 🙏🏽🎃❤️🔥☠️👍
Happy 40th guys! Sean, I’m very saddened to hear of your loss. It is hard to lose a little furry companion but I’m really glad you are doing well and can’t wait to see the new puppy. Love you guys 🤘🏻🎃🤘🏻
Christopher, did you have Dick Smith's Monster and TV Monster Make Up kit when you were a kid? Pressman put it out in the late 70s and you could create your own molds of scars, drooping eyes and as well as facial hair using a combination of grease paint makeup, flex flesh and spirit gum. It was hands down my favorite Christmas present every and made every Halloween epic for me for several years. Thanks for continuing to be a creative inspiration!
Hey Sean! Good to see you and Chris back at it, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again at Pensacon this year with the Halloween guests. FYI... There is a guy here in Pensacola that owns one of the Christine cars used in the movie. It's in fantastic shape. I can send you his info if you wanted to go see it and do a video. I'm not sure if you'll have enough time but just wanted to let you know.
Hey Sean, my deepest sympathies friend. May you heal in time. To answer the Ms. 45 question as to why there was no nudity, the actress in the movie, Zoe Lund was underage. I think the director, Abel Ferrera said she was only 17 during the filming. Great show as always, stay safe.
Sorry for the bad news, Sean. Christopher... I'm going through the same exact thing with covid. It is a very strange sickness indeed. You described it to a T.
I'm 30 minutes in and I thought you guys were gonna do a year end recap when you came back I've been waiting for that oh well, good to see a new episode anyway.
First off, Sean, my condolences 🙏 Stay strong, friend. On a more positive note, I liked the new movie. I actually just dropped my own review and I gave you a special shoutout in the intro 😉
Hey buddy, I'd love to see a creepshow 2 filming locations video. Maine and Arizona. I've been to the Maine sites but I forgot a few scenes and I'd like to see your take on it since your extremely thorough. There isn't much online covering the ol cheif woodenhead segments. I've seen the general store but that's it. Hope all is well and I'm sorry about Zoey 😞. RIP. Keep being awesome 😎
Hi Sean, I am a BIG fan of all your RU-vid content. I've seen that you and Christopher Nelson are expanding and in my opinion it's going very well. Shooting the shit and sharing your experiences, collections, and perspectives etc.... with the horror community. Anyways, I just had an idea. During this podcast, you mentioned your excitement about the band "Ghost" new album and briefly expressed your interest in the band's earliar work. Maybe, you could do some live reaction videos to their music videos/songs. Especially, their newest releases. You could even do a live reaction to music content during your podcasts with Christopher Nelson. He isn't a fan of "Ghost" but, he is a fan of other bands that you two would have in common at least. Hope you get this message and that your hard times will pass. I'm still fighting through mine as well. 👍
Hi Sean and Chris you guys kick ass great show!!! My condolences to Sean it's never easy losing best friends it truly sucks but I am happy that Sean is getting a new Dog. I am also happy that Chris is okay recovered from Covid it's terrible dude. Keep up the Great Content love you guy cheers 🍻
Just now watching this video and THANK YOU for pointing out that in the last two Scream films we had two women killers that were 5'2 and weighed maybe 110 pounds soaking wet. Chris and I are both 6'4 and it would just be ROFL to look back and see this toddler like creature chasing us in a Ghostface outfit. Hell, Roy Culkin was the bigger Ghostface in Scream 4 and he was 5'6. C'mon guys. I know Stu and Billy weren't exactly Sly and Arnold but I could believe they could take down a grown ass man if they had a knife.
Hi Sean, I wasn't wondering if you had seen either of these movies starring Donald Pleasence, one is called Wake in fright it was filmed and set in Australia in 1971 but titled Outback in the US the other is The race for the Yankee zephyr also starring ken Wahl and George Peppard both are really good and D Pleasence is excellent in both but Outback has some very brutal hunting scenes that are very hard to watch. Apparently the original print was lost but finally tracked down and fully restored and released here in Australia some years ago but has since been released on Blu ray both are worth checking out.
We are having the same problem here in NZ with jobs, they're all short staffed and need more people, and hiring, but the excuse to not hire people, is cause of people not having the shots
So I FINALLY got around to watching the new Scream and I can finally watch this episode. Will have more comments after I watch but just wanted to see if Im the only one who knew who one of the killers were right away. The girl killer played Susan Atkins in Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, I knew it would be her and that they would kill her the same way she died in Hollywood, I just knew. Did anyone else pick up on that ? Right after the movie was over a door slammed in my house that never slams shut. Very funny Wes, very funny.
My favorite youtube channel! I went over and voted for sir Nelson, hope he wins a chainsaw! I was so stoked that Ghost was on the Halloween Kills soundtrack.
Great seeing you guys again. Question for Sean, have you seen Twin Peaks: The Return? If so, what are your thoughts and do you think it stands even with the rest of the series and Fire Walk With Me? Stay safe gentlemen, much love.
I don’t think there is any possible way that Bridget Fonda is the woman in that picture. Not because of the weight, but because of how she’s dressed. Edit: Personally, I LOVED the new Scream. From what I’m hearing, so does the bulk of the world; and to Christopher’s point, I definitely don’t love everything… in fact, I thought Halloween Kills was terrible.
the gas station missed out on their Opportunities there is cash 2 be made between 10to 4am // when i worked for Subway in Guelph (played basketball with the owner operator), he asked me if he should go 24 hrs // since i was the guy that would work them hours he had to know and i said "duh, yeah , even if there is a trucker in town and mcd's is closed. more likely someone would be there to CLEAN any way so why not sell food during that time? // he agreed and my hours were increased as were others' then we got MAD busy and the bar rush ended after 3am / why kick them out at 3:30am? // lol back in the day of min wage of $8/hr now is on its $15/hr for the same job.
honestly, I think Linda says *Totally* in the original John Carpenter's Halloween far more than they say *Evil Dies Tonight* in Halloween Kills. someone needs to do a side by side comparison with a total score posted on screen so that way most people can finally stop complaining about this glorious meme that I think should keep going. ^-^
Sean around the 38:00 mark 👏👏👏 I had other lesser issues with Scream 5, but THAT is the major gripe that I absolutely cannot freakin’ stand! Same goes with Scream 4 and its 2 killers with pre-teen builds that hardly have the strength to even lift a large knife! 🤬
i used to run the midnight shift all by myself a Subway sandwich shop busy during bar shift // and i not fret, u prep 6 subs at once and ask every one to have fun waiting in line for the order is soon, so be ready to make it / or wait longer // My pirate only takes cash no cards
