‘’I kept it simple”. Me putting my hair in a ponytail is simple! This is a masterpiece! This is my first video of yours and I am blown away by your talent!
Duchess i learned to braid because of you, you’re the best. I always do a toddler version of your creations on my 4 year old. God bless your hands and for teaching us all.
Girl I wish she would! lol! She is extremely picky and only wants one thing most of the time. Maybe as she gets into high school, things will change. 😂
I swear, I have no patience for braiding tho I know how I got carpal tunnel and it takes me 20years to part, hands be shaking like I got Parkinson’s 🤦🏽♀️ My daughter be like ma just take me to the shop please 😂 you ladies got the juice fr
As a white gal who went to an urban area school and has pin straight hair like 1a status.. i was the different one, i was always so intrigued by the creativity and artistry of ebony hair..dont worry i never ran up on any of the girls and were like "OMG CAN I TOUCH YOUR HAIR?!" actually now that I think about this, they would be interested in my hair and want to touch it sometimes 😊🤷♀️ im grateful for growing up around so many different ethnicity's and races. It definitely made me who i am today. I remember when Chris rock did the "hair" documentary and I was like, "huh?! so much work!" and my respect grew so much more 😮 Much love from NY 🗽💯✨
Same here. Textured and natural hair are so beautiful. I know it's hard to work with (an old friend had to use oil to keep half an inch of growth), but there's so much beauty in both styles and the hair itself. 💖
I laughed so hard at “hey can I touch your hair” 😂😂😂 sis you crazy! I’m a black girl and in high school one of my besties was white… we were so comfortable with each other we played in each others hair all the time. We were besties from middle school through high school. I agree with you because you made me realize I was in her head waaaay more than she was in mine. I’m glad color was never an issue in my friend group either…. Stephanie even gave us silly Nick names… we were “homeslice” and “homeskillet” I have no idea why other than it being her way to “connect” more. I miss her.
I, too, was amazed how she managed to work with and keep such beautiful nails intact throughout the processing . But then something even more amazing dawned on me ..... her nails are part of her tool kit. Another thing --- I wish I could get my hair parted so neat and clean.
I’ve been stitch braiding my horses manes & tails, like this, (and various other braids), for horse shows, for over 50 years. Looks great on her, fantastic, just lovely.
I love Black womens hair, it’s thick, curly and so many hair styles that you can do with it. I did let a Black lady braid my hair once…I was almost in tears, she was tough!
I love the idea of the knotless in the back row. It makes the style look better cuz I hate when I feel like I’m running out of space in the back because it gets so narrow at the nape. It also helps relieve that tension everyone hates in the back of their head. Always great tips thank you ❤
Don’t know how this popped up but Oh my, I really enjoyed watching. Absolutely amazing! Beautiful girl and beautiful hair! That’s a true work of Art!❤❤❤
I love how you did this braid style. A lot of girls are wearing this style throughout the summer season including the Bohemian Knotless braids. It’s been done in the Salons lately
This is beautiful- every baby hair in place too 😍 When I was growing up the big thing was crisscross braids & star shapes. I wonder if those will ever come back...
Oh my goodness. I am awestruck at the knowledge and ability of this talented stylist. I can't even imagine doing this. Great and intertaining video thank you!
I love this stitch style. I don’t have social media to see what braiding style is trending. Thank you for making a video of the latest trend because its new to me. 😅 GREAT JOB AS ALWAYS 🙌🏼
I'm white and maybe it's not my place to say, I don't want to step on anyones toes, but I just wanted to say your models always have so beautiful hair naturally and watching you creating these artistic hairstyles is so satisfying to watch. Even though I can't use them on me (which I'm very sad about), I love watching your work!💖
"THAT'S A PRETTY STYLE ON YOUR DAUGHTER, MRS. DUCHESS, YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL FAMILY"!! YOU HAVE A GOOD EVENING, MRS. DUCHESS"!! 🌄🌄🌇🏡🏘️🏠📚📝📖📚📝📰🗞️🎬🎬📽️📹🎥📺📺💜💜⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😀😀😀😀
For the first time I found out that with the stitch braid you should not split the upcoming hair into half but rather add the full part into one leg! Makes so much sense and it’s truly a beautiful hair style 😍🔥
You're so skilled! I've always admired how women can do tight braids and intricate hairstyles etc.. I can't do that even on myself 😅 I'm not black but I've always wanted to try braids in my hair -- just never brave enough to go get them done 🙃
Beautiful braiding, beautiful young lady. I enjoyed watching your video from start to finish. Your braiding skill is impressive and unique ... Love it .. 💜💜💜💜
OMGOSH THAT IS BEAUTIFUL! 😍 You made it look so easy! I used to braid my daughters hair, their both Mexican, so it was really easy to work with. But never ever came close to this! Wow! I need a granddaughter!
