With claws and fists you can benefit from two handing and dual wielding at the same time, and the balls are the only ones with good strength scaling, plus hardly anything resists strike so naturally they have some nutty potential.
@@KLIXORthe Venemous Fang is also super nasty with the occult infusion. Probably can get better scaling with other infusions but it procs poison almost instantly, which is great with kindred rot talisman. Piercing damage is also really good against most bosses as well
Boy am I happy you showed up in my recommended feed...this was the most insane video I've seen in a while! you just made a game that takes me weeks to beat look elementary
@@sigmaeastwood9558 you can become extremely overpowered in dark souls 3 with pyromancy in under an hour same with all the souls games. sekiro i’m not sure, but you basically said “if you know how to play a game you can make it look easy” lmao applies to nearly every game
@@sigmaeastwood9558 you can not do what this guy does or even come close if you don’t understand boss patterns. same thing applies to ds3. if you’re not decent at the game you can’t trivialize it like he does or else everyone would be doing it. it’s not all about the weapon upgrade
@Sigma Eastwood you don’t need to kill dancer to get op, it does help tho. Dragon slayer axe, dark hand, sellsword twinblades, exile greatsword, there’s plenty of stuff that makes ds3 trivial
I did a fist weapon centric run to experiment with all of the fist weapons a while back, man the iron ball and starfist are so absolutely cracked! Like jeezus, the charged R2 annihilates both health and posture, probably the fastest RadaBeast kill I've done so far. Grafted Dragon also has some silly applications, used them to 4-shot Radahn with the AoW. Also Malenia no-hit with Iron Ball is pretty free, I had no hitbox issues with her and unintentionally no-hit on my first attempt.
@@Lkasssx axe talisman and spiked cracked tear (for big charged R2), beyond that use whatever you wish. I just ran stuff to boost damage, fights tended to be very short since the damage came out so fast due to how quick the charged R2s are and how much damage + poise damage they dealt. Stonebarb Cracked Tear is also worth considering if you know the openings to abuse, as the effect is short, but can reduce how many hits you need for a stagger
Gino and gideons little spat made me laugh so hard and idk why . "Sorry friend . Wait a minute your not my friend. Sorry fxxker . Wait actually I'm not Sorry" 🙏 lmao.
10:10 fists are pretty powerful and quite popular right now. with the new patch you can hit a 3-hit true combo and roll catching is pretty easy as well but you are probably right about them not being meta
Learned a lot more from just watching these carefully thought out strats and never fail to surprise me, good stuff 👍🏻 I’m curious tho how many hours? Cuz the amount of knowledge on each boss, timing, calculations is amazing 🙌🏼
He's got like 1200+ hours. Not sure where Gino says it but IGN interviewed him a little while back and that # was mentioned. Probably closer to 1300 now idk.
It's really tough to get the hitbox down, but it's so worth it since the last fight is easily the most frustrating in the game and this makes it fun again
you got your Iron balls from murdering Boggart I got mine from my friend as he sat dying in his chair next to his boiling crabs with his very soul cursed by the feaster of feces. We are not the same.
My favorite build I've ever used was the star fists with a shout for flying/long range. It was always satisfying to beat enemies with a fist weapon and id leave my fur furcalling to get some pvp players who were often surprised how strong the build was. Just an overall enjoyable experience and I'd love to do it again
I wish the devs had made these balls out of either brass or gold (gold ball is a euphemism in japan for testicals). Brass would make sense though, since it has greater density than iron; it's not as sturdy, and would require more repairs, but it would pack more of a punch than iron balls
Thanks for this video! It really helps me for learning this run ! Just have a little question, why is he using the Rogier sword ? Is it just for stunning faster the ennemies ? Thanks by advance :)
I'm very late on this one; But jumping L1s were and still are, brutal on the Iron Stars. Honestly might be worth a re-run to focus on that and feel the difference combined with some R2s
If u vow -> fgms -> crag then you don't need to drink a blue until after crag for some reason. Using vow then crag means you can't fgms without drinking but idk why
Is in elden ring patch 10.7 the balls are still good? Plus 22 at godskin duo strength heavy cragblade golden vow flame grant m strength and its not doing anything
very insane weapon to use a no hit run, i do no damage runs, but cant do it with weapon with short range, or have to be used for both hands (cause i use shields) very nice man, u inspire me to try it, i would probably do it with claw weapons though, instead of fist.
I cheesed the game with quit outs so hard in my rl1 run. Got past the first few birds in the farum azula lightning run, quit out, got past a few more, quit out, got behind the dragon, quit out, poison mist while he’s unaware and move on 😂
Why are the iron balls soo good? For the charged poise damage or else? I don't quite understand yet.... please help update: oh man I tried them, really insane damage and stance break on the charged
Well it's rather simple. It's cause they have the fastest charged heavy. Their stance break is the same as any other weapon. It's just cause of the fastest charged heavy
