I can completely disagree with how easy mode has been "buffed". The mode made me realize that in order to even go further, I'm forced to use lower tier towers as they have more cost efficiency
The thing with easy mode is that ur supposed to use starter towers, not some expensive end game towers. Also, Grave Digger hp has been lowered from 40k to 20k if anyone noticed.
Well the Issue here is that they designed the new easy mode to be for begginers, with begginer towers. Meanwhile you played with a bunch of expensive late game towers so of course you were struggling. I tried beating it with just the regular soldier and demoman and did just fine.
I created a fresh account so i could try the new tutorial and easy mode from a beginners perspective, and what ive learned is that scouts stacking one area is actually a really good strategy in this mode, as it can easily tear through early waves and also kill necromancers and slow bosses, you get sniper and demoman after completing the tutorial which is nice, so crowds and faster, stronger enemies wont be so much of an issue, Easy mode is actually pretty doable for beginners if they've played tower defense games before or are just getting into one, hell ive almost beaten it twice, with my best run leaving the grave digger at a little under 9k HP (sorry for yapping way to much)

i tried this mode and i eat it in 10 mins and 3 secs, just place 3 gold scouts + a little bit of support and they are gonna carry up to wave 20 or more
this update fixes EVERYONE problem with their friend that dont experience tower defense game. + it have tutorial that can make newbie know better about the game and not ask a pro player to carry them. i experienced many annoying newbie that dont place the tower near the path, not good update for some people but better for most people.
It is easyier actualy you arent just that good tbh. I beat it using 3 spike layers, dj, 1 commander and 2 necromancers, and farming well. In short its a skill issue on your part my man, you couldnt beat easy mode with g mini.
i just tried to play easy mode with just beginner towers, scout soldier(without holden perks) and sniper were able to do pretty well until wave 25 where i died to grave digger with 7450 health left(on toyboard), if i played on a longer map and grave digger spawned less, i probably would have won, and i expected to die to the slow boss on wave 16

Honestly, if they revamped Normal Mode and the bosses still spawn early on, i think they might be planning to do something similar with other modes. And personally, i agree. TDS is just way too easy right now.
maybe it can be like: easy:25 waves casual (currently molten):30-35 waves fallen (idk if they're gonna come up with an new name for it):likely 40 waves
you can still play xmas nightmare and you will still obtain xmas artillery after triumphing though all the rewards from normal xmas are no longer obtainable @@Solsly
I think in easy mode you NOT suppose to use farm since it only have 25 waves and you don't have time to farm it. Lesson: NEVER BRING THE DAMN FAMR into easy mode.

pin this: easy mode actually gives 300 coins, and i tested it with scout and sniper. it is actually do-able, but still stick to molten mode. The grave digger now has 20000 hp instead of 40000 like it used to. I wonder if this would change hardcore a little bit.

tbh tho, you complaining looks like a skill issue, each wave gives you thousands of money per wave (after wave 10) plus, you spent 20 waves on upgrading ur farms. easy mode got way easyer, i soloed it with only glad and trapper sooo.
U get more money if u finish all the enemies, just don’t skip bro. Also the necro didn’t die quickly bc low lvl mini was targetting normal bosses. Why r u ignorant
Hey uhh elite just so u know easy mode is WAYYY easier you just didnt have a proper defense since u were testing trapper. Tested it with weaker towers (hunter, sniper, etc) and didnt leak until 25
Tds has NO original content exept the john and militant yes there are towers that are all around games at start tds was a fan game of tower battles and it has almost evry exept event and code towers even the golden skins yes the gem units are originals but put more work in original units
