I have wide and very unique non-normal feet and this is the best pair of boots I've worn in the last 10 years. I'm still in shock, can't quite comprehend how a vapor can fit my foot so well but these are insane. So comfortable straight out of the box. Zoom unit takes a few sessions to get used to but man I love these so much. I got the AG soleplate, wear them on natural grass and AG surfaces, playing 3x a week. I'm blown away by these.
Quite sad to know the lockdown isn’t as good. That has been one of the best features from the mercs. For me, 13s have reached a level where they are sooo comfortable but giving you that locked in sensation that we haven’t seen in any model after it.

how do they compare to the first gx? I've been wearing the first gx for 2 years now. Do these cause stud pressure? is the shape of them similar to the on of the gx. I mostly play on artificial grass but I don;t like the AG plate from Nike. The FG performs much better.
As a fellow wide footer, I say yes...100%! Every foot shape is different though but if they fit my weird ass feet, they should fit anyone's haha and these are phenomenal.
