What do I need to test from this update?!

I love that they added the octane spawner an boost pad way more possibilities now with the new rocket league car

I'm hoping for physics device and chair device next update. Also rotation for props.

Something cool to see in the primitive shapes would honestly just be arches. We already do have some really nice pieces we can use for them in stuff like the haunted hills and ruined fortress but I think it would be cool to use the new marble textures with pieces like that for medieval or gothic builds. Amazing update btw, thank y’all at epic.

One thing you should test with the Octane is using a Movement Modulator to make it go to its max limit!

I really like the controls. Like how it doesn't fly away when I drift in high speeds and it sticks to the ground unless you jump.

Fun fact: The new octane car is faster than a rocket from the anvil rocket launcher

the controls are in the tutorial. also, driving up straight walls is normal, it's part of rocket league. didn't try the update yet but I hope physics and controls are the same so I can make ring maps for flying practice...

This is very accurate to the actual rocket league cars, it's like we're actually playing rocket league, but in reality, it's all in fortnite. I hope they add the ball soon so we can build our own stadiums.

Now I miss the old device traps, some still exist but the others that spawned the vehicles are gone and you could of put them in chests so when you start the game so you could spawn it using the traps and it costed NO MEMORY, miss those days

This Update Was A Big Step In The Right Direction!

The octane car is so much fun to drive! Oh and something really funny is if you use the helicopter pad that makes you go into first person and you do that while in the car your character is just smushed in the car 😂 their completely upside down

Mustard you can change the car color by changing what team you are on. The ball also works with the car, but you have to mess with the settings. Love the videos keep up the great work. :)

i have played rocket league for years i cant wait to see a map with these im bouta put years of experience to use btw if epic did well you should be able to legit FLY with the rocket boost and do tricks in the air you should give it a try its really fun to jump in the air and fly around it could also be used for some interesting gamemodes for example if they fix ball collision you can do something like volleyball

Make a deathrun with the rl car where you have to jump between platforms lava danger zones you name it!

Teams control the colors

They also added an option to have the item in the Item Placer respawn.

You can actually change the colors of the octane car by changing teams! It's very random, but I guess it makes sense. So far, I've only seen it change to red with a weird, purpley shader by changing to team 2. I'm unsure if it changes to different colors other than red and blue if you change to a different team other than team 2.
