New York Rangers lose game 5 3-2 against the Florida Panthers in the Eastern Conference Finals although New York may have played their most complete game so far this series. Igor continued his phenomenal play but that wasn't enough as the power play struggles were quite relevant once again.

Barkov & Bennett have made Mika a ghost in this series. Igor is a beast & perhaps the best goaltender left in the playoffs right now. Which is good news for FL if they get through this series. NYR have a great offense, but their weak D# in this series is killing their flow.

You actually paid money, LMAO. I got rid of cable TV and Netflix many many years ago. I don't watch any sports at all, used to be a sports junkie. The only team I still follow occasionally on the NHL app to check out the highlights is the Rangers, been a Rangers fan since 1981. The people you are funding are the people that want you gone.

I've been there, paid over a 1000 for game 3 of the finals in 2014, they got shutout and the garden wasn't loud at any point that night. Haven't been to a game at msg since and won't until they lift the cup

In plane English the Rangers are in trouble BIG trouble if they lose in six or seven games there will be some major roster changes. If i want to watch mistakes repeatedly i would rather watch prospects play the veteran players should already play with consistency rather than inconsistency. I just don't understand how the coaches think the overall play of the team is good.

I need a compilation of all the missed calls this series for both sides and the calls made for both sides. I revert to thinking i'm biased and that's why I think the reffing has been so bad, but I need to see it

I’ll say it another fifty times. Trouba sucks and Miller is a winger not a defenseman. We can win this series but Lavy needs to make important adjustments. Jones needs to play and sit Trouba. Tell Miller to use his body and stop getting caught out of position. The dude gets caught out of position then makes weak swipes at Barkov, Sam or That mouthpiece chewing douchebag. Igor has kept this series respectable. LGR

That gus penalty was a bullshit call by the refs. the panthers do that multiple times a game and get nothing for it. only reason it was called is because they were too cowardly to give the 5 on 3. that being said I still want him gone and replaced with jones

Last time NJ had a 3-2 lead on this same team they sat back and died while a hurt Kane was the only player on the team giving effort. This coach has changed them for the better, but you can’t truly change the team. They are losing the mental battle, Kreiders face after that empty net speaks volumes

The reason rangers fans are so angry even though this is no argument the hardest opponent we’ve faced yet our team is better than this and they aren’t playing like it, these games are nowhere as close as the score reflects, top guys don’t do enough and the bottom 6 who are don’t see enough time, enough of this coddling our so called stars, whoever gets chances gets to stay on, whoever doesn’t shouldn’t keep getting ice time to make bad plays

The problem with the rangers is that they want to make the perfect shot instead of just shooting the puck. They have so many chances but instead choose to pass it and end up losing possession of the puck. They have to match the panthers playing style if they want to win.

Top guys need to start forechecking more. Take Rempe out and stop double shifting guys and messing the lines up. Start PP2 tonight and see what happens. The road teams are beating home teams two to 1 these playoffs. I like our chances its not over yet LFGR!!!!!!!!

Panthers tied the Bruins for the 6th best PK in the Refular Season. In the playoffs Rangers have 6 shorthanded goals and the next closest is the Stars and Panthers with 2 each.

There’s no question the Rangers stars need to play better but I also don’t understand why people seem to forget these are 2 of the best defensive teams in the league. Low scoring, 1 goal games were to be expected and a series score of 3-2 is on par with what this matchup was going to be. In truth, puck luck has been deciding games more than anything else.

No they are in a great spot - but must admit even better spot come Saturday if Rangers are eliminated - sorry Ranger fans need to give the rookies a break but I will say - you have been the toughest team to date - pretty well matched and its down to inches and lots of luck - still lament why Panthers let Throcheck go

Mika has been missing. They are getting out hit. And whomever told Rempe to hit someone half body to body and the other half the boards, should be fired. Like machament said, you want to hurt players to get an advantage. Rempe was significant against Washington, but just another body against the panthers. And one last thing, Jones should replace Truba. He’s been terrible
