Happy Barbershop Quartet Day!
Have you ever wondered what it would sound like if The Cheesecake Factory corporate restaurant reached out to the The Newfangled Four to ask them to record and film Be Our Guest from Beauty and the Beast with custom lyrics written by and about the employees of The Cheesecake Factory?
Well neither did we...but that scenario happened in the spring of 2022, and this is the result of how it played out!
As a matter of fact, they liked the video so much, they gave us bonus gift cards to The Cheesecake Factory, and invited us to sing at their headquarters building for their annual luncheon that year. We even got to invite Kix Nystrom on stage with us to sing from his diaphragm.
This video was requested around the same time as National Barbershop Quartet Day, April 11th, 2022, so we would like to share it with everyone else in honor of National Barbershop Quartet Day this year!
