Quest to find the next great big, mind blowing, rug pulled out from under humanities feet breakthrough in our understanding of the universe. An investigation featuring me (astrobiscuit) and some of the world's greatest geniuses. I think we do find the next Einstein btw. This dude is making feature length astrophotography films in London DURING A PANDEMIC while I can't even picture the Orion Nebula from a rural location with 500 dollars of equipment. Legend 100%

@Tschu Backa to get a blue blur of the orion nebula I spent 45 minutes in 10 degree farenheit temperatures. Just to get a tiny blue blur. But congrats on your photo though! I guess $300 Nikon point and shoot cameras aren't made for deep sky astrophotography.

@Tschu Backa It doesn't have a removable lens... but I'm going out tonight and I hope I have better luck. I'm trying to focus on something easy, repeat the process until I get it right, and go with it.

I'm very excited! Last time i photographed M27(Dumbellnebula), M57 (Ringnebula), M42 The great Orionnebula, the pleaiades and M13 (Hercules Cluster) and M31 (Andromeda Galaxy) with my mobile phone! I used a Huawei P40 lite and a 90mm refractor telescope WITHOUT a go to mount! The ringnebula looks like a smoke ring on the picture and the dumbell nebula looks really like a dumbell! And you can see some dust trails of M31! It aren't the best pictures because I have a lot of trailing stars in it, but i love them... I also didn't stacked them! Settings: ISO 5000 Exposure 2-8 seconds Have a nice week and a nice month! Take care! I wish you all the best!

@@meghjoshi7031 deep sky stacker is Freeware right? The Problem is that i have some startrailing.... but is it okay to try to stack one picture for many times? Because next time ill try less exposure so i don't get star trailing! But does the object always have to be at the same spot?

@@Pekay_one hey man , deepsky stacker can auto align pics , and they don't need to be exactly at the same spot . Check out Nebula Photos on RU-vid. He has wonderful tutorials , for stacking pictures like yours . And you can't stack the same pic again and again , you will have to take hundreds of pics with your cam . Little trails are ok , but try to set exposure so trails are minimum

@@meghjoshi7031 one last question: i is it possible to copy the Image 50-100 times (Screenshot it) and then stack it? Because I tried that and it is a bit netter and with more Details as the unstacked (orihinal)....?

Wow this video has transformed my understanding of physics and the universe in general! Didn’t even realise how interesting this would be; normally I would relate more to the down to earth sounding Mrs Biscuit. I really love you! You sparked up my love for astronomy. I am currently saving up for an 8 inch dob, and whilst I'm waiting on that, I picked up the celestron cometron 7x50's you recommended. I am just over-amazed at how many stars I can see through it in a bortle 8 zone. Pleadies is just something else. Thank you for what you do and please keep it up! Much love from a stranger!

@@Astrobiscuit Well, when I copied your set up bunny assisted with in the 600 pound challenge, I found that most galaxies are not spiral- but “bunnie shaped” and that made me wonder. Then I stumbled upon a long forgotten thought experiment called “Schrödinger’s rabbit” in which is postulated that we either live in the brain of bunny, or that some really spooky action at a distance is going on........
