The Next Luigi's Mansion Is Going to be CRAZY! 

I hope they put the OG Luigi's Mansion on switch too

Luigi’s mansion 3 is my all time favorite game, I just love it and the thought of getting another one is so exciting

Luigi Mansion Arcade is where it’s at

I really hope the first game is bundled with it or even a shadow drop on the Eshop

Its a great time to be a Luigi's Mansion fan, and a Mario fan in general.

Much like how the Mario bros have their plumbing service; Luigi and E. Gadd should have a Ghost Investigating service where you go to service calls at individual locations like houses, gas stations, baseball fields, amusement parks ect. and clear the ghost activity from the areas. You could even have driving the Luigi service van a cool part of an open world esque element. Just some thoughts! Great franchise.

I think a good way to shake up Luigi's Mansion 4 storywise compared to the others would be a final, twist villain that isn't King Boo. Imagine if in the beginning of the game, Luigi meets a new companion that is a ghost themselves, albeit a small, friendly looking one. Using their help, Luigi is able to solve puzzles he wouldn't have been able to otherwise, eg passing through walls to pull hidden levers, turning invisible to avoid enemies too strong to normally fight, possessing certain objects to use them in ways Luigi can't, basically Gooigi but they can fly. But then at the (false) end of the game when King Boo is defeated, they reveal that they were just using Luigi the whole time and even tricking King Boo into inciting the plot in order for them to: 1. Regain some sort of lost power over the course of the adventure, 2. Get King Boo to a weakened enough state to overthrow, and 3. Make Luigi tire himself out during the fight so as to get rid of him too, being the greatest threat to them as the world's best ghost hunter. Then they take on their true form as a massive, terrifying and otherworldly spirit or even demon and trap Luigi and King Boo together in some sort of illusion labyrinth world to dispose of each other. However, instead of killing each other as expected, the two force themselves into the only logical conclusion, that stinky teamwork is the only way to escape illusion jail, get back at the manipulator that fooled both of them and save the day. From that point on King Boo would take the "helper's" place for the rest of the game, functioning about the same playstyle-wise. And finally, after the two of them are done stomping the traitor ghost into the dirt, they game would end, for the first time in the series, with Luigi and King Boo on while probably not friendly terms, let's call it not actively aggressive terms. ...That or King Boo drops Luigi into a well and leaves laughing about how he'll be back to cause more trouble later. We can’t forget the idea that the first Luigi’s Mansion game can still happen in 2024. Because they did this with Pikmin 1 & 2. Like maybe in the February Nintendo Direct when they talk about Luigi’s Mansion Dark Moon and they could say “That is not all for Luigi’s Mansion” “Luigi’s Mansion 1 full HD 60fps Remastered on Nintendo Switch. It will be on Eshop on the same day as the direct and a physical release a month or two after the digital release. Guys don’t give up hope.

Daisy needs to be in it as it gives king boo a motive to get back at Luigi for the past Luigi mansions where he got hovered up by his hoover😊

I'm glad Nintendo is giving Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon the attention it deserves.

i’d love a luigi’s mansion set in peaches castle where it’s a lot like mario 64.. having to go into paintings and save everyone while fighting ghosts.

What if the next game took place in a theme park with multiple areas referencing past Mario and friends games the theme park could have rides and carnival style assets the bosses would be theme park themed such as ticket booth boss maybe a parked car boss in the car park mascot monster boss The area could reference Mario characters and games they were in like Mario sunshine could Be called sunshine splash zone or Wario ware could be called Wario ware arcade area with a arcade console boss maybe even a dk arcade cabinet boss Then there’s boos who hide all around the park and sometimes go into different rooms or shops or areas Then think about rides and how they could be used for boss battles like a roller coaster where you fight a monster mascot possessed by a ghost stay puff marshmallow man style What about a space style laze rblast game like the buzz light year ride where you use the poltergeist as a gun and even use elements a like fire water and ice again to shoot the boss who is a pop up ghost that you shoot until the ride finished then suck it up. Or a water themed park ride like the sunshine one with a giant shark ghost like lm3 There could be a big top tent with multiple circus act boss ghost like clowns performers and even a magician who is a giant ghost rabbit

I got Luigi’s mansion 3 as soon as I got my switch on Christmas and as soon as I played I fell in love. I’m very excited for more Luigi’s mansion, such an underrated series.

Let’s go! I’m looking forward to the Dark Moon remake on the switch! I’d probably have to play the Luigi’s Mansion 1 Remake that came out in 2018 for the 3Ds since that’s the only Luigi’s Mansion game that I haven’t played yet and I need to before the remake comes out! Hyped for the future of Luigi and Luigi’s Mansion games!

In February 2022, Charlie Day expressed interest in Luigi's Mansion after watching his son play it. Fast-forward to March 2023. Day not only is completely in favour of a Luigi movie, but Chris Pratt mentions a "Nintendo Cinematic Universe" and specifically mentions Luigi's Mansion. Every review, by fans and professionals, has complained about Luigi's screen time in the movie. Meledandri and Miyamoto are reading every one and quoting the Hulk: "I see this as an absolute win". To an executive, it means that all the videos, essays, articles and tweets have worked. People don't just want Mario and Luigi to go on an actual adventure together in the inevitable sequel. They want Luigi to have his own movie.

I'm just happy that Dark Moon is getting its recognition.

Luigi's Mansion 3 is the best one in the series. It's got new characters like Peach and Helen Gravely. The puzzles were pretty fun especially for some of them you can use Gooigie. The bosses were awsome, creative, and really fun. We got to see a little more of King Boo. You can go around the whole hotel instead of the floors being levels with end goals and E gadd doesn't have to keep bringing you back at the end. You can just go to the lab and leave the lab on your own. I think Luigi's Mansion 4 should be just like 3. I really think Daisy needs to be in it. There also should be a fight simulator in E gadd's lab where you can replay bosses. There are a few in LM3 that I wish I can replay.

What a great time to be a big Luigi Mansion fan, and a big Mario fan.

If they really come up with a Luigi’s mansion 4, I hope that it’s like 3 but with more stuff from 1 and 2 mixed into it, there were deffinitaly mechanics and elements that were missing that could’ve potentially made 3 more interesting. Like the 2nd one lacked portrait ghosts and the 3rd lacked story telling. I feel like Nintendo held back with what they were really aiming for in 3.

I don’t mind if Luigi’s Mansion is a ghost because it’s a popular game for everybody to have fun to play 😊❤

If there’s a lot of things I want for Luigi’s mansion 4 I want it to have a creepy vibes, spooky hard ghosts, big areas and of course Luigi being the main star of the game. And here’s a idea for a new mode, a mode where you speed run as Mario, it’s like the meta nightmare mode but it’s Mario with the poltergust, the story is basically in a alternate universe where Mario saves Luigi, there harder bosses,different floors and exclusive new bosses only in the Mario mode.

Luigi’s mansion 3 came a year after the first games remake. Now we’re getting Luigi’s mansion 2 remake. Coincidence? I think not.

We really want Luigi’s Mansion 4 and it could be very insane!

My idea of the next Luigi's Mansion is similair to Dark Moon, but with the free roaming feeling of 3. Even though 3 already had a castle theme, I think it would be fun for Luigi to explore this giant haunted medevil kingdom with some swamlands and foresty areas around it. When you're outdoors, you can subetly move tha camera around, but inside a building, the camera takes on the classic doll house view. I had a dream about his concept with Luigi exiting the kingdom and venturing into some swamlands and it's been in my mind ever since.

I hope someday they can put Luigi's mansion in super Nintendo world or have some limited time event attraction about it.

I think Dark moon will be very early 2024 and 4 will be mid to end 2024 like they did with the 3DS remake and 3.

I'm excited that Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon is getting a remaster on the Nintendo Switch as it was one of my favorite Nintendo games that I first played on my 3DS when I got it and I can't wait to explore Gloomy Manor, Haunted Towers, Old Clockworks, Secret Mine, and Treacherous Mansion once more in updated graphics.

Too bad Luigi's Mansion 4 won't be a crossover with the Pac-Man series...

I'm actually so excited for the Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon! I know we already got Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon on the previous Nintendo Console but I'm excited to see what they could be adding to the Luigi's Mansion Dark Moon Remake to make it different from the 3Ds version besides just improved graphics! Maybe we could see Boss Rush mode come back or maybe an extra Mansion or some extra Scarescraper Ghosts?!

I would love if the next game he had a ghostbuster looking outfit and Daisy was playable as second player since we are getting Daisy love now

There was honestly a part of me that was worried that Nintendo might mindlessly milk Luigi's Mansion as a series and make it lose charm from its original form. And that's very much still a possibility... But I do welcome more Luigi's Mansion content, because it basically is HIS series. I feel like if it weren't for it, Luigi would be stuck with every now and then appearances like before then. But his own sub-series growing and keeping up with his brother's has made it clear he is just as popular. A big hope for the future for me is I will eat up that movie if we get it. But I REALLY want Daisy to be in one of these games man. I understand that him being alone is a big part of the theming, but let his girl be by his side at least once.

I love the Luigi's Mansion series and i look forward to "Dark Moon" being put on switch, they should do the first game too, one thing i think they should do for Luigi's Mansion 4 (you probably saw this coming) "Playable Waluigi"! Have Waluigi as a secondary Hero and i saw someone else in the comments say they want to see Daisy be captured with the others, maybe Daisy could be one of the captured characters and also Wario to give Waluigi even more motive to help, maybe it could be done where you rescue Wario halfway through the game and give you a choice, have Waluigi and Wario leave and trigger a bad ending where only the 2 escape or continue until you actually beat the game and save everyone

its not a rumor, Luigis Voice actor (Charlie Day) is actually considering/wants a Luigis Mansion movie!

I don't think there will be another Luigi's Mansion game. Luigi's Mansion 3 realy knocked it out of the park with it's mechanics and different floors with different themes, and it made me quesion where they were gonna go after something like it. Also, unless they REALLY change things up, I feel like another entry will just become pretty repetitive, mainly in terms of characters, story and some gameplay elements

Luigi’s Mansion is a sub-series within the Mario franchise, it’s not a separate franchise because it doesn’t have different characters that are not from the Mario universe, there’s not going to be a Luigi’s Mansion 4 because they haven’t announced it, and as much as I want a Luigi’s Mansion movie, I’m not going to hold my breath for it anytime soon because of the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes are still ongoing.

I have an idea what Luigi’s mansion 4 might be about. The plot about Luigi lifting a curse that is placed on his brother Mario and their friends. As they’ve become possessed by ghosts causing them to become demonic supernatural versions of themselves. Luigi must find a way to exorcise them. With the help of Professor E. Gadd, and along with the unlikely ally that is Wario (whom was the cause of Mario and friends getting possessed in the first place due to a get rich scheme gone wrong) as they set out to lift the curse. By traversing to four haunted castles that each contains the McGuffin needed to exorcise Mario and friends.

I am happy that they are going to make and correct their mistake as to the name title as to Luigi Mansion Dark Moon because, in my opinion it should have been called:Luigi Mansion 2 instead of Dark Moon because of the game of Luigi Mansion 3,okay? Besides as long as the story games of his series continue, you should use numbers instead of words so you don’t confuse or upset fans of the game series,okay? I also would like them to have a 4th game of Luigi Mansion while keeping the same cast of heroes and villains in the game to make it a fun and challenging game, with some new characters for both sides including new ways to fight and new surprises to the game as well. I think it would pretty interesting and hard if the game made Luigi take on the whole planet as to some type of ghostly disaster like blocking the sun with the moon and king boo using his powers to make it happen,okay? It would also be pretty cool if other people could help Luigi take on the Mansion games up to 4 players helping him with them and maybe some of the game levels could be online,okay? These are just my ideas. Whatever Nintendo will create as to the 4th game will be fun and challenging for Luigi fans everywhere to which we say to the company “Bring it on” ! 😁👍🏼😉

after playing dark moon, anytime a luigi's mansion game was released or announced i would just talk about it to my friends and because i was born after the first game was discontinued for the gamecube (and the gamebube in general) i would ask mum and dad to get the game for me and i am SUPER hyped for LM4 and LMDMHD and possibly even the movie if nintendo and illumination are thinking about it

As someone who still doesn't have a Switch and is still relying on the 3DS to play games, I'm VERY happy they made the original Luigi's Mansion on the console. It gives me the chance to play it again and it's much better than Dark Moon.

Next level games were not involed in metroid prime remastered. You were confuse with Federation force that was back in 2016. Metroid prime remastered was handle by retro stuido, iron galaxy, and few outside stuidos. There is a rumor they are working an f zero gx remaster along with next major title.

What I want from the next LM game is something similar to the first, no overcomplicated story, one mansion, and a short run, 4 hours minimum, 6 hours max. Dial the creepiness factor back up to 11 and tone down the cartoonish gags and comedy segments. Make it feel like a proper sequel to the first game which in terms of feel and atmosphere we STILL haven't gotten.

I don’t think there is anything to learn by looking at the sales for the 3DS Luigi’s Mansion remake - this came out after the Switch was released so sales would naturally be depressed. It was also…not that great

Now imagine if they added a free roam to the switch version of dark moon walking around the lab and walking to the mansion that would be fine but I doubt they do that and the whole Gooigi idea too, but Gooigi the "prototype" was sent to the past I don't think they would allow him in the next version. Cuz they are Nintendo and they ignore fans in good series like this, and like you said "when they see dollar signs they see success"

Next Luigis Mansion could be an open world game, having him explore a haunted forest maybe a main hub village in the middle.
