Noah is the best dance captain (at least for now) because he puts the team first no matter what and sticks by the studios policies. He's incredible so far

Emily's my fav. She changed her self for the group, and she almost sacrificed everything including getting kicked out of the studio. That's what I call a really leader. Noah is the bomb too. We saw so damn little of Gisselle.

Dance Captains in order: 1: Noah. No explanation needed, dancers trusted him, came up with good choreo, and ultimately led the team to victory. Areas to improve r not passing off responsibilities so much (allowed Jacquie to choreograph and then redid it and made the team pick if Noah should stay or go, which to me looked like he just couldn't choose. 2) Skylar. Very underrated as a character, DC and dancer. Helped dancers to be more confident/be the best versions of themselves and made impulsive choices which ultimately helped the team. Areas to improve would be to choreograph so that Riley doesn't need to, and help the team to trust/confide in her more. 3) Giselle. Rlly good but had a slow start. Was good at helping the team feel like "a team" but could've done with knowing what she was doing a bit quicker. Also should've been doing the choreo (or bc it's Internationals, at least running rehearsals). 4) Emily. Controversial choice, ik, but apart from the choreo and Michelle issues, she was rlly good. Had authority, clear plans, clean routines, and made everyone work hard. Just wanna say tho, theres a massive gap between 1-4 and 5-10, top 4 r rlly good, bottom 5, not so much. 5) Amanda. Again, controversial, but if it wasn't for the hidden motive, she was rlly good, led the team, gained their trust, led rehearsals and was a rlly good member of the team. Rlly only criticism was the hidden motive... 5) Richelle. Richelle was good but had similar flaws to a few below her. She did everything a DC should do, but did almost too much if yk what I mean. She took on team problems on her own and in my opinion, if u wanna do competitive dancing and take it all on urself, be a solo competitive dancer. 6) Michelle. Personal opinion, her only strengths were uniting the team and choreo, and although its not great if u dont do it, choreo isnt the most important thing for a DC, hence y she's so low. She had no authority, could never raise team moral. Basically kindness was her one and only superpower. 7) Summer. Not much separating Summer and the girlie below, only thing that is, is that we see Summer choreographing a Nationals dance, and supposidly running a rehearsal (she was meant to run the one Richelle took over). Aside from that, both Summer and the girlie below have the same comments, so I'll just say them here. Rlly supportive, kind, cared abt their dancers, and put their whole hearts into the team, which was both of their strengths. Weakness for Summer was confrontation, a skill u rlly need. 8) Piper. All positives listed above, but weaknesses r honestly few, bc we didn't see much of her doing DC stuff that wasn't to do with Heather. I mean she didn't do any choreo or (to my memory) rehearsals tho, and struggled when leading the merge rehearsal. 9) Kenzie. Couldn't let go of her old team, never let the team help her (like Richelle) and didn't even have faith in her team! She did do choreo tho. Thats pretty much it... 10) Lily. Was honestly good, but she did cheat and didnt see much of her. Had we've seen more, I reckon she'd be above Kenzie.
