Bruce Kent He sounds like a little girl every scene he’s in, and where normally you have a scene where it’s the guys can’t accept that the woman he loves is bad is tragic, here, not only is it comedic, but it’s made totally clear that he’s being a complete idiot, and it was hysterical.

This film was actual normie trash, unfunny as shit, didn't laugh a single time. Apparently funny enough for mainstream audiences with bad taste. Not enjoyable if you ain't a cringy boomer.

@@buried4430 Inglorious Basterds is pretty funny, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Fantastic Mr. Fox, The Wolf of Wallstreet, Under the Silver Lake, Pulp Fiction, The Cabin in the Woods, Hardcore Henry etc. Not all typical comedy movies, but often great films with great scripts will bring amazingly funny and enjoyable scenes by default

TheSaucySauce I rewatched Winter Soldier today and it is far superior. Some of parts in Civil War get a bit silly. I have heard it gets better each viewing so I'll probably go again.

+sivad parks Yes, Winter Solder is the best Marvel movie i have seen. I went into Civil War really excited and left with a meh feeling. Winter Solder was better directed, the shaky cam pissed me off in civil war.

TheSaucySauce I thought the shaky cam was fine since you could see what was happening. I was more bothered by them speeding up the action. Watching bad guys hit the floor in a blink looked quite silly.

civil war was a ok. like bvs it had flaws. there's really not much depth in as much as winter soldier n the first cap american. spider man n zemo villain was a wasted potential. if they would of focus more on the civil war registration act it would has been better. they should have not used the civil war in the title bc its not a war among friends. its a friendly sparring among friends not close like the comic at all.

Including seeing a vision of Richard Nixon. But the payoff at the end, with "You will be happy" was a nice touch.

I have seen plenty of people complaining about Chris giving Civil War an A+ and call him a Marvel fanboy. Besides, it's not his first time. He even gave The Dark Knight Rises and Deadpool an A+.

Civil War is not a generic superhero movie. It deserves that score as well.

People don't understand that Civil War is an A+ superhero movie, while this movie from the looks of it, is an A+ comedy film and Chris just loves comedies more than superhero films. All in all, I plan on seeing this movie this weekend, as it looked dope from the first trailer I saw.

Civil war managed the impossible feat of being good, and juggling so many characters while also keeping a cohesive storyline together that has been building for years. Even if you consider it to be a mediocre movie, it is impossible to deny that it carries the weight of everything that has come before it and not fell flat on its face. I loved it. Because it was smartly handled. It managed to give all of its characters something to do. It gave its conflict believable reasons and stakes. It did all that and still made more than all the other contenders for the box office. It deserves its place in comic book movie history. You don't have to like it, but only a fool would deny the FACT that it is a good movie, that fans and non fans could enjoy. It made money, and it was critically praised. How many more reasons do you need to admit that marvel has a good idea of what they're doing? Oh wait. You might be one of those people who think BVS was smart....yeah....okay.

It ain't one plot, but 3 movies that tell one long history. I did read the books and I like them, but I prefer the trilogy. As far as I love the movies, I still a little bit worried about how they're to continue the history, Ultimatum was a perfect end

KP3 7/10 Not as good as the previous film. Deadpool 9/10 Weak story line but it makes it up for the comedy and 4th wall breaking. Zootopia NR Missed it. Will wait for Blue Ray release. BvS NR Never saw it. Seen the reviews steered clear. Jungle Book 7/10 Some parts were funny, some parts made no sense. Decent storyline. Beautiful cgi, so realistic. CW 9/10 Fucking love this movie! Best movie of summer 2016. Although the villain as usual of Marvel, fails to impress me no matter how successful he was at breaking the Avengers apart. Keanu NR Skip. Looks weak.

Do you give 10/10 to any superhero movies? (Other than Dark Knight) They all have flaws, but I take it as that's as good as they'll get, and give them a 10/10. My personal 10/10 superhero movies are: Batman Begins, Dark Knight, Iron Man, Days of Future Past, Guardians of the Galaxy, Kingsman, Deadpool, and Civil War. I wanna say Kick Ass and Dark Knight Rises so bad, but it wouldn't be honest.

However I think that if that would ever happen the characters to crossover from The Other Guys should be those dumbfucks that "aimed for the bushes" and suicided, since Nice Guys happens way before The Other Guys and those characters were waay more entertaining. Anyways I don't think there will even be a sequel. I was watching a panel where they had the whole cast and crew together and somebody asked if they would consider doing a sequel even though the ending wasn't very "open". This combined with the Director constantly mentioning that they use comedy as a way to catch the audience off guard (emotionally) has led me to believe that one of the main characters (my bet is on Russel's) will die. However even if that isn't the case, which it could very likely not be, Russel's response didn't seem to indicate someone willing to make another movie. Very understandable, since he is working with Ryan Gosling..
