Prevost always has built the best and most durable highway buses, and when you buy a Prevost RV, you're really buying a highway bus. As one who drove city trasit buses for a decade long ago, I appreciate the build quality and ruggedness of coaches built to run hundreds of miles day in and day out. These things are built to run at least a million miles over their lifetimes. They're safer, more comfortable, and more luxurious by far than any other Class A, but that all comes at a hefty price, of course. Since they're heavier than other class eyes- note the dual rear axels and larger tires- they get poorer fuel mileage, usually 4mpg to 6 mpg, and a used one 5-10 years old will cost at least $450,000, while new ones touch $1 Million to start and go up from there. If I were rich enough to own and run one of these babies, I'd love to RV part time.
Holy shmokes. That is a beautiful Marathon. Incredible. My compliments to the owners of this fine coach, so well taken care of. Thank you Andrew for this terrific tour. Happy trails!
This is so well thought out. The basement bays, the storage, the systems. Kudos to the owners and Marathon for incredible design. Great job showcasing this amazing coach, Andrew.
Mr.Steele you are amazing . You have covered everything, even covered the small art ,the bird and the Stingray on the walls of the bedroom. just amazing talent and presentation. I will look you up if I decide to sell my yacht.
Stunning coach! The interior finish options are beautiful. The wood, trim, floors etc. The exterior paint scheme is also superb. One of the nicest I have seen on your channel!
I've watched tons of your awesome video tours and drooled over every one. But this is the coach that just takes my breath away and makes me long to own it. I would park this somewhere and live it in full time. Oh well... . thanks Andrew, you have my dream job!!

Hey Andrew, I think this is one of the best videos you've posted! I enjoyed watching you go through and operate some of the features. I would love to see that future videos
I think you're right, that is one of the best RVs....no not RV, one of the best mobile penthouses I've seen that is not being hauled by a large freight truck. The outdoor kitchen alone would be enough to sell me if I could afford this. I love the floors. Normally I like dark marble tiled floors but that is really nice mixture of wood and tile. That price is a real steal for something like this. Thanks for sharing this awesome mobile penthouse, Andrew! 👍👍
Amazing what a creative organized business owner can do in America. Build a huge business and design, arguably, the finest coach in the world! Great video Andrew!
Oh dear god 😂. Americans and their delusional belief that everything they do is the best in the world. There are billions of people around the world and hundreds of countries. Yours is only one of them. They make coaches in so many different nations, beautiful coaches too. Please America - learn to get over yourselves.
LOL yup in the world believe me there are a lot better out there, only an American would say in the world even though most Americans don't understand there is life outside the good old USA.
Andrew, beautiful coach and the owner has definitely incorporated many of his preferences into the design., Very well thought out. Very few things I would change. Great presentation!
Oh my goodness now that Marathon is the sweetest i have seen love all about it top class luxury thank you Andrew for sharing this piece of art work beautiful
I wouldn't buy any RV but a Marathon, but sadly, it's pretty far over my budget. As an old-time bus driver long ago, I was always impressed with Prevost highway coaches. I hope you have a couple of enjoyable decades of ownership.
It'd be fun to install leaf blowers atop the slides so if you see stuff up there via cameras, you hit a button and a blast of air blows them off. I like designing stuff like that and I'm certain Prevost can do it even better.
Wow, just a dream for me. If I save hard I could make a 1% deposit. But for who ever bought it what a beautiful piece of machinery. Truly 7 star. Thank you Andrew for a great video.
My favorite part was the outside entertainment and Kitchen, That's just Amazing. The inside Just seemed a little dark to me but all the spaces and amenities are Amazing. Beautiful Coach.
Tip from a former mechanic on buying RV coaches. DO NOT buy a RV like this that has a rear mounted radiator. Get one that has a left rear or right rear mounted radiator. Rear mounted radiators can exponentially increase the cost of engine repairs. Techs haft to remove the RVs back and then the radiator to perform some engine related repairs. This just adds a ton of cost to repairs of the RV. Side mounted radiator setups allow easy access to the engine.
Why I agree with you if they can afford this coach, They can afford the repairs on this coach.and that's how I would treat it if I had a custom coach. I'm not touching nothing in there if I can pay you, the guy who went to school to do it for me.
Great Video Presentation of this Remarkable Coach! It is very Beautiful, and the Original Owner made some Fantastic and Well Thought Out Customizations!!
Whoever designed this was very very intelligent!! Man oh man I love watching your videos but this coach has been by far the best!! I’m not a brown/beige kind of girl but this one is GORGEOUS!! I love that elephant right by the desk too!! Man this is probably one of the very only time’s I’m going to say this but, “For once I wish my husband worked at Tesla instead of being Active Duty Army for 20+ years!” Triple bunk.. Shut the front door!! My 10 year old son could have the top and each one of my Standard Poodle’s could have their own!! Genius!! I love his baby 🐶 too!!
@@Lex-Rex there is a lot of storage inside. As myself never being able to be in a rv it seems fine to me. However what do I know? I think it’s downright GORGEOUS!!
Was there no interior stove and oven inside the coach? I saw the exterior cook area but is that exterior cook area the only way to cook and heat up food besides the interior microwave? Maybe I just missed hearing and seeing you talk about it because I was multi tasking while watching this video. But I don’t recall hearing or seeing anything about an interior stove/oven inside the cab? Still all in all one of the most luxurious and fanciest and feature filled RVs that I’ve seen… quite impressive to say the least 👍👍
It’s definitely one heck of an RV Andrew and well over most peoples budget for a motorhome. It’s interesting to see that it’s options could be applied to less expensive RVS. I love it but it’s so dependent on modern technology I imagine any repairs will be done after a substantial period of waiting for parts and expertise. For that reason alone it’s a no for me despite its price. Thank you for letting us see the potential of the motorhome in question 💕😊⭐️💕💫
This is a great coach! The interior colors aren’t for me, but all the ideas inside and outside, this coach is worth it. I wonder if once you buy it, can you change the interior materials and colors?
That was a wonderful tour ! Thank You ! Altho' you Did forget to take the countertop cover off of the cooktop that was to the right of the coffee maker. I'm doubtful it was gas, so probably an electric smooth/glass top.
I must admit I felt good about myself when I realized I that I have a near identical model as shown here, the Nuwave induction cooktop I mean. It works great. 🤭
I'd love to drive it. As one who drove city transit buses for a decade and half, I always admired the magnificent Prevost highway buses, which have been considered to be the best in the industry, and that's what Marathon and Liberty coaches are- they are rebuilt Prevost highway buses and no doubt drive beautifully. A good diesel bus drives very well, while the junk motorhomes built in Elkhart, IN are horrid to drive, with bad handling in windy or wet conditions.
One thing I've come to know about RVs is that the tool box is a necessity...I've never owned a coach that isn't ALWAYS broke down. Spent 2 years fixing a brand new coach. Bought another new one in 2021...yes, it's broke right now!
Prevost coaches won't break down on every trip if they're well-maintained. Remember, these are highway buses built to be rugged and durable when driven hundreds of miles a day and moving 50 or more passengers. They can run at least a million miles.
ALL the costs on this rig are staggering, from the purchase price to repairs to routine maintenance to fuel. I'd have to be awfully rich to afford it, like $50 M net worth rich. But if I could afford it, I would.

Hi Andrew! Great job showing the details of the coach. I'm interested in why the owner kept buying and selling coaches, (I assume they sold the others they bought). Just wondering, did they happen to own 1299? That coach seems almost identical to this coach except it's a double slide. Thanks!
Great knowledge. The original owner of this coach 1320, also built 1299. I have been buying and selling a used coach about once a year. I try to find one that's a model year old, where the original owner built something special, or if a production coach, the original owner took great care of it. Coach 1320 is a beautiful coach and went to a wonderful new family. My wife has finally put her foot down, so no more from me for awhile......
@@michaelring4902 Thank you for the reply. I'm hoping to be able to afford one soon. My question about the triple bunk configuration, do the kids complain that it's too confined? Also, do you think the difference between a double and triple slide is significant?
Beautiful! I have been in the refrigeration/electrical field professionally almost 40yrs now. I have worked on many yachts and house in my day.. And boy do the give trouble. Design and concept is ne thing. Keeping up with all the repairs can be over whelming. Good luck?
I absolutely love all the basement components and exterior amenities. And even inside it is super nicely designed the layout. One only thing that i would suggest is too update the decor. It is luxury but still looks like a 90's luxury. So many curves, rounded corners and dark tones like brown throughout. Nowadays everything is a comtemporary look with squared and straight lines, brighter tones, stainless steel appliances and why not integrate all those technologies with voice command like Alexa instead of so many physical buttons? That's my feedback for the next model. But overall lots of comfort and definitely i'd live there.
Beautiful. I think the heat from the grill is going to ruin the paint job which is probably why it has never been used. The leather draws will absorb the smell of the food. Probably the owner has never used a kitchen other than make a coffee.
We used the grill about six times. It works phenomenal. The coach door never gets too hot to the touch because of the distance, the slide rolls out. It’s a great design. I’m embarrassed to say, because I’m so OCD, that I spent 2+ hours cleaning that grill after our last trip. (Yes, I need a hobby.)
I use to go camping with my folks as a kid in tents! WE had plenty of storage room in our tents and totes! MUCH cheaper too. IF you need something like this to travel, stay home.
Nice ...I haven't even seen the inside yet, and I am already sold. I think the only upgrade this coach will ever need is the Starlink high speed internet system.
$15,000 a month for 20 years at 8% I think I’d rather buy 1.8 million in cash flowing real estate and retire 20 years early. Crazy how much money people have to blow on a toy
Sadly , You get some really nice Rv's to show ! But you talk far too much ! You repeat yourself over and over on the same things ! . I'm interested in this Rv ( if it isn't sold already ! ) .
Me recuerda cuando vivia con mi familia en USA. Los llevaba haber los shows de esos Buses motorhome era un bonito espectaculo subirse a conocerlos por adentro y por fuera habia unos super lujosos y muy bonitos y bien nuevesitos.
