Every episode they seem to get THAT much better, too! I've been watching them from the beginning and I can't tell you how far these guys have come, and how much Better the video quality, the sound quality, the editing quality, and the content has become! Don't get me wrong, they've been pretty great from the get go, but they've learned and improved SO MUCH, and I'm SO Happy for them!

Wyatt is so calm and peaceful…if I was a spirit I would honestly be more likely to open up to him due to his energy. This was great and I would love to see more episodes where he is thrown into the fire so to speak.

I know Wyatt was joking when he asked the spirits to help him find where River hid his glasses 26:55, but that's exactly what they did at 29:44 when Ryan noticed "something" sitting in front of the chair. Right after it moved away the spirit box said "Approach" and Wyatt noticed his glasses on the doll 😂. The spirit box then said "Found." This was awesome to watch!

Well that was absolutely insane. Im surprised that Ryan got the calmest activity, but I guess things needed to wind up a little, they needed time to gather enough energy to be so active. Loved this episode. I think Toby has come to know you guys by now and respects you in return. Unlike others who come there who probably poke fun or upset him and the others. Wyatt is so sweet! Hi Ryan, River & Wyatt, at 28:59 there is a shadow walking across from left to right in the doorway in the other room to Wyatt. At 33:08 to the right of the chair by Wyatt there is an orb coming towards the table. At 38:38 more whistling is heard. Whoa what a fantastic investigation. Beautifully pure soul, when the spirit said it was "very happy", that was the biggest compliment to you and the twins and it's all because of your pure intentions. none confrontational, non threatening, polite, and honest. My gosh what an INCREDIBLE investigation this was!!! I have never heard so many disembodied voices in only one night, never! Those clear hissing, knocks, footsteps, THE FREAKING DOLL!!! It scared the hell out of me, I don't know how River managed to stay so calm. I would have run away immediately. Those whistles were fantastic! The fact that they whistled back TWICE at Wyatt was mind-blowing! Besides being a wonderful investigation, it was extremely HILARIOUS. You have no idea how much I laughed 😂 When Wyatt said "was that you that made that loud bang?" and you laughed, WAS THAT A FART?? Because if that's so, you made me dying laughing! just recently found your guys channel and haven’t been able to stop watching them since, they’re so much better than any the other ones i had been watching, and loved this one especially bc i’ve had personal experiences with this house/ town, i grew up in texas and went to mineral wells for a camping trip. we left the campsite to go into town for some food since the camp locked up at night, and i couldn’t help but feel like there was something seriously off about everyone in the town and the feeling of the buildings/ town as a whole, i looked it up to discover it’s one of the most haunted cities in texas if not the country with multiple terrible abandoned hospitals from when people would travel for the “mineral water” that actually ended up aiding in the death of thousands. My friends and i did some paranormal investigations in that town unlike anything else i’ve ever gotten. Would love to see even more content here as the spirits seem so willing to communicate with you guys. Love the channel(:

I think honestly after a while the spirits took a more forward approach and really tried to show everyone that they are indeed there and real and have no issue with supplying evidence. Fantastic footage guys and I'm glad you guys made it back safer then last time.

Out of all of your videos I’ve seen, this was my favorite. I felt you captured so much evidence alone rather than together. I love that y’all are safe and stay in the house monitoring what’s happening live. Some RU-vid channels I watch like, omargosh ( his new alone series) I don’t like that he completely leaves you alone. Yes, he’s outside the house/building but evil entities are not something to investigate without CLOSE supervision. Y’all are always safe and there for eachother and I can appreciate that. I couldn’t do what you do even in groups! Please record more “alone” missions!!??
