About Chase Eagleson:
Chase Eagleson is best known for his work on his RU-vid channel covering popular songs in an acoustic style and performing original music. Many of these videos also feature his sister and fellow musician, Sierra Eagleson. Chase took formal guitar and drum lessons in his early teens for a couple years, but eventually continued self-teaching new instruments, singing and music production. Chase Eagleson produces most of his content, from official music releases to his RU-vid videos, from his home studio he has built over the years. Louis-Alexandre Cabana honestly I have been through traumatic experiences which made me emotional numb. I don’t feel any motivation and rarely feel emotions. Any tips?

Sasykin S Well first of all id like to say sorry i didnt realized it could of been offensive. Traumatic experience that were probably triggered by other persons, at the moment where those traumatic experience happenned you were probably feeling a lot of strong negative emotions towards those persons or the situation and now youre probably close to everyone by fear of those emotions coming back if something gets wrong. Close to yourself too cause you dont want to feel that pain , dont want to feel weak inside. Well im here to tell you love is way stronger than fear and now you might be scared but forgive yourself and others and be grateful of this beautiful life , love yourself , love others , love music. Always the same fight Love Vs fear. We all feel emotions its how we act appon them that defines who we are.

I wish I hadn’t held my emotions for nearly 6-7 years now. It’s so difficult to cry. I’ve lost 7-8 people this year. My cat I loved more than anything was put down a week before my birthday last October. Everything I’m going through. It hurts so much.. I wish I didn’t have such difficulty crying. The entire time this year after losing my cat. Only once this year I cried. And I cried for 4-7 hours after I lost my cat. I loved this cover so much. I hate anxiety and depression and my depression is getting worse and worse. I’ve had depression my entire life and I have been su*cidal. I’ve already been to a mental hospital and I do not wish to seek help via the hotline. I want literally any other way…… But god the pain is immeasurable..

It's June 2020. The world is not the same as it was a couple of months ago. Everything changed. Yet this song, like so many of other songs from our past, brings us back to the times when everything felt different. When we were different. In the end, we all realize that we don't get to stay the same we started. But a good song...it allows us to go back in time just for this infinitesimal amount of sand grains seeping through the neck of the Grand Sand Clock. Hope you all had an enjoyable time-travel experience while listening to this song.

When doing covers, musicians make the songs “their own”... that’s what I enjoy most about listening to the songs I love when they are sung by amazingly talented people like Chase. I think his voice is absolutely stunning, and I am sure if he wanted to, he would make “somewhere only we know” work out and he’d take it to a different level. I don’t know if Chase likes the song or is willing to arrange a cover for it, but I wanted to ask him because I know it would sound amazing! ☺️🌟🙏🏻
