I have a feeling once she is fleshed out and her omni is applied along with asajj omni that they are gonna pull off some crazy wins. I also think one of the night sisters we don't use much is surprisingly gonna be viable now with them such as initiate, acolyte and spirit. I could be wrong but either way I do love this character.
Great to hear, I have always wanted to gear up Night Sisters, but since they weren't required for anything, I never got around to it. But now with Merrin and Jedi Knight Cal Kestis I finally have an excuse to do it ^^

Those moments for years when Ahnald never thinks about the 1st nightsister we get... Talia, who has a mass cleanse, heals, and gives TM, being a viable replacement for asaaj/spirit in this team
@@AhnaldT101 damage isn’t really the issue for some teams so much as getting out the plague but then you’re stuck with ability block, daze, stun etc. Asaaj omicron might be the difference but most of the time for nightsisters, plague is their main damage.
I have a feeling asaaj could be used with trench in some cases but it’s all theory crafting I guess lol. Nightsisters we’re my first team and I still use talia specifically for the cleanse and TM. Mod her for damage and speed to get more heals out. I won’t have merrin for a bit but I am particular to talia so the team has 3-4 opportunities to heal. No cleanse ability without talia
I think when people see asaaj, they think of the damage she ramps in the sith raid, and that’s almost never the case in any other battles as far as how much damage she gets. Like others have said, 5th slot kinda is debatable depending on the team. Just please don’t forget about an og. She’s put work in for my relic sisters with the only one to mass cleanse, give TM to the rest, and more than one way to heal team
Bit of an off topic question: In the last round of GAC, I sent my traya omi, with the normal trio, talon, and sidious against my opponent’s JMK, gmy, jka, padme, and gk. (Full relics across both teams). I walked out of there with 60 banners. Was I just lucky or can traya omi actually counter JMK w/o cat?
I wish they made it in Merrin’s unique is that all NS allies ignore protection when attacking that way u don’t have to wait for Plague to Kill them off
Merrin having AOE damage, a revive mechanism and HP+Prot recovery possibly ending battles with maximum numbers??? SEE needs a lifter like this!!!!! Get to work, CEEEE GEEEE!!!!
i don't know if i'm just misunderstanding something but around 10:05 when nute dies in the GG battle he comes back and puts extortion on merrin while she has magic stealth
I love how they are power creeping my best boy General Grevious with new characters that have and abundance of daze and shock. They even released a better version of him in Trench, along with Merrin who’ll wipe the floor with him with plague. Give him a lifter or at worst, a god forsaken omicron, it allows them to make characters with half-baked, unfinished kits
I'd love to whale on Merrin, but I think I should 1st get MT to G13 1st. I really want Merrin to relics quick-like, though. Edit: We could possibly put AV in Trench team, but I already have her omicron on, so...IDK.
Still can't believe they didn't give out a free pack with her. I know others will say I'm complaining over not getting free kit, but why do it for the first two, get rave reviews and everyone's happy about it just to steal it away for the character everyone's waiting for?

For sure but keep in mind it won't be quite like my experience. You are unable to unlock all her abilities until Gear 12. So you will miss out on an extra revive.
As a total beginner in galaxy of heroes and just receiving Merrin, she makes no sense to me... All she does is just stand there with my team and never moves so I can't use her at all in the fight, wherever I search I can't find any info on why, so is it like a thing for her just being viable with other night sisters? I can't use her with random characters? Because I only have 6 dark side characters and made a mistake of leveling her instead of some troopers:(
I'm sry but when u lock an ability for over a year or spend $300 to max star a toon whose a marquee, that's a HUGE problem and such a kick in the teeth to f2p...not happy 😢😢😢
I was including the time till a toon could be node farmable as well, though cg is much better about it than certain "other" nameless companies lol still though, this is a marquee toon, and to lock an ability behind star level and gear level is a bit much wouldn't u say? btw I'm a bit more sensitive bc I actually LIKE wat she brings to the faction.
She does not really do anything until Nightsisters start dying and getting debuts. She is tripling their cheese potential. Her speed is set to 0 so keep that in mind.
@zombie_intruder it's possible I'm not using her correctly I will admit. When I was in the process of unlocking her she got her first 3 turns lighting quick but then was just there the rest of the battle. The Nightsisters constant healing I never lost an ally so there was nobody to revive and she was just emotional support it seemed like
Not sure how I feel about non GL characters being so OP …. Imagine spending months and months grinding gear and relics to get ‘the best GL’ only for it to be beaten by a nightsister team you could get much easier and for much less invested time 🤷♂️ sorry CG but this shit ain’t right.
not sure about that. alot of people hated the great nerf of 2021. but lately the balancing has been pretty weird especially with Reva like her full autoing GL Kenobi+CAT even without the omicron. i think it's ok to beat gls with non GLs as long as it not like a guaranteed 100%. GLs will still be at the top of course.
