When i borrow from a traditional bank, the mortgage interest is an expense that i can deduct. How do you extend this to your cash value loans? My Bank and Private Money Lending LLC holds your policy?

Really good high level conversation today on how to use this for Real Estate. That leverage lever goes both ways, so that’s a good reason to build a liquidity fund for those types of events.

For us, it all comes down to the goals of the client. We personally specialize in both but overfunded whole life insurance is usually the best fit for our clients. IUL can work for some people which means we are product agnostic. That being said, IUL also carries a lot more levers, which can be more risky. But like I said, it's dependent on the client's goals.

I was thinking the same thing and finally started throwing out nuggets of information. I just still don't know about the insurance seems there's to many moving levers for a one size fits all approach.
