If it's EXACTLY the same, then the "composer" will have some issues. But seeing that is it 1) on RU-vid and 2) that there have been no copyright issues on the video shows that isn't a copy. Although, If the intro was exactly the same as Deadmau5's song, the rest of the song isn't. Which means it's is a different song. Thus Deadmau5 or his record label can't make any claims against it.

The fact that the song is called "Selection" and the symphonic intro makes me think of the beginning of a new MMORPG. The intro feels like the type of music that would play upon your introduction to a new world of fantasy. Then the time comes to make a "Selection". What race/class will you choose? If you're like me, that process of elimination takes some time and sets my OCD off. So the insanity that follows the voicing of the word "Selection" fits perfectly. I love this song!

I always think of this song when I go out to eat Because I get to choose my selection when I'm standing at desk or window It just kind of plays in the back of my mind when I take too long.
