Prime match making is a thing were you have to sign up with your phone number linked to your account. It was made to combat smurfs because only 1 phone number can be linked to prime at a time. Also against cheaters because if an account with a phone number gets VAC banned, that phone number can never be used to link up to prime again. It (for the most part) divided serious competitive players and trolls, smurfs, etc. TLDR: it is where all of the cancerous CS players are.
Oscar Leal essentially if you haven't played enough games and linked a phone number to your account, you play in a different matchmaking system. It's valve's half-assed way of limiting cheaters. There's pretty much a 90% chance of a hacker being in a non-prime game lol
It is his main... He said so. And he de-ranked to DMG for not playing in a while on that account, you always de-rank to DMG after not playing in a while.
I come back 3 and a half years later to rewatch that video and after seeing 2:30, I can only say "little did he know, Valve will add skins that made you less visible in the future"

Well,sometimes it is,my last game till prime was on Office,and they were obviously hacking(prefires,etc)and in the end we saw 1 guy speedhacking to our spawn
