Eventually, someone had to come and call NL out on his constant b to the s. And since the egg doesn't listen to the comments anyway, it had to be one of them. It was just a matter of time. Shame that he will just shove it under the rug and continue bullshitting us though.
Wretched Mog Exactly, and then in your ETERNAL life you can get a INFINITE more women and children and there's a good chance they'll even be better than the ones that died
I'm from Alaska. The standard response to a Texan talking about how big their state is, is "Keep it up, we'll cut Alaska in half and knock you back to third largest." Because we could.
Doesn't this just boil down to "your backyards are too big, they're making us uncomfortable?" Also, we've got nearly two bears for every person. Push comes to shove, we'll just buy 'em hats. No one'll be any the wiser.
15:46 Until he clarified "from the Wagner opera" I was really at a loss, what a "goddadameron" is supposed to be. Sounded Japanese. But it was just a very creative way to completely butcher "Götterdämmerung".
"Did anyone go through the moral quandary of, 'Maybe we shouldn't assign ten year olds to a house of supervillains.'" Yes and no. In terms of characters in the story actually asking themselves if this is a good thing, this is basically limited to Dumbledore going, "Wow, yeah, this is kind of fucked up isn't it?" for like one line. (For those wondering, it's, "I sometimes think we sort too soon.") In terms of the story itself pondering that, this is basically Snape's entire character arc/backstory. (And to a lesser extent, Pettigrew).
If the Golf It team merged with the Golf With Friends team, then the greatest online golfing game would be born. Golf It has better graphics, and Golf With Friends has better gameplay. Just put that together, and mix up the maps, and you've got an A+ game.
i think NL has a point here, living is suffering and we should only enjoy happy things occasionally but with that said you better start making this show bad because i won't ever be able to earn the happiness you guys give me
Former High School student from Houston. It is absolutely true that our high schools have some fucked up shit happen here, and I was also in an early college. If I had stayed in the Alief district then I would have probably seem some really crazy shit. Alief kids you know what i'm talking about.
Hey so how I think it goes in FH is that there are a few situations where you can be GB without being able to counter, iirc it includes missing a GB, missing an attack and being parried.
I must also add his full commitment to that "Schrodingers cat" skit where he actually whips it out and starts jacking off simply to emphasize the point, that's commitment., Did actually typo that chodinger, don't know how must've just had the chode out on the mind. Sandwiches heal all with nl, that's why he just goes eat a sandwich, the bread integrity is real.
I would've had a couple of free periods in my senior year of high school, but I had to move to Arizona. So the registrar decides that the Civics class that I took wasn't good enough, so I had to take that again, where the only thing I learned was to hate people, and we threw in the corresponding Economics semester because, apparently, she saw that I really wanted to learn Farsi from the teacher 'cause I certainly knew everything else she had to teach. They also didn't have any advanced English classes since I already took AP Lang and Comp, so I had to take the intro to the class I already took and passed both in grade and test score. Luckily, they had a deal where the school paid for one of my AP tests, so I decided to pay for my AP Calc test and take the AP Lit and Comp without taking the class just for fun and passed.
I believe my High school was kind of like college in a way as we needed x number of credits to graduate, I think it was possible to have like 1 year where you'd have 2 free periods for at least half the year, we got to pick our classes, excluding the ones that were required, which by grade 12 I think there was only like 1 class that was required to be taken
To all the people flaming NL for BS-ing and goofing around, you realize this is essentially a comedy show, right? Bunch of guys joking around and playing video games. You really shouldn't be taking anything said here at face value.
O and we pick our own classes but we have mostly mandatories until year 12. (9 you get like 1 elective, 10 you get 2 i think, 11 3, and then 12-13 you get a bunch)
I actually understood what NL meant with the taste debate. Two tomatoes that are identical will be scientifically the same, but the way your brain perceives memories of tomatoes will make the taste different. Also what the fuck is a brain gene. Also Austin is a beast.
The thing about long life spans is that they can be as much of a curse as a blessing. Increasing the number of years you get to be fit and healthy is worth it. Adding 50 years (80 to 130) as a frail, infirm human sounds like a punishment; its also almost guaranteed to destroy the economy of any country where pensions exist. I'd rather die at 65-70 but get to be physically in my 20's/30's for the whole time than age naturally for 130 years.
When it comes to game of thrones it's real hard to just decide what house someone would theoretically be in. The Lannisters aren't just evil assholes, Cersei is but Jaime is a redemption story and Tyrion is a die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become a villain typed deal.
UnPlugged Gaming I can kinda see where you get that vibe, but I think For Honor honestly looks better than most of what was on the kinect. I'm actually pretty surprised; I think it looks like one of the most enjoyable Ubisoft games in a while.
My understanding of genetic modification in modern times is that we have the capability to do quite a bit with modification on humans such as glowing body parts or even tattoos but it's not done due to ethical problems that arise in "playing god"
1:35:04 my face actively grimaced at that statement from Austin. I can see where he's coming from, but the factual wrongness of it while knowing the truth is baffling.
I failed incredibly hard through all my schooling but people just kind of passed me through because they all kinda figured Yyou don't really belong here, just move along." The school administrators just kinda gave me credits I never really got or earned. I had a 2% in AP Chemistry because I never did a lab write up. Everyone seemed to know me for some reason. Just fucking everyone would be like "Hey Blaine!" and I would never know who it was (and I'm not bad at remembering people). Good times, sometimes.
I would choose to become an immortal vampire if I had the capability to end my own life. So maybe age and disease immortality but I could be killed by a wooden stake or something and could just end it if i got too bored
