The Notation and Definition of the Derivative 

This video goes over the difference between using secant line to obtain the average rate of change, and a tangent line to obtain the rate of change at one particular point (the derivative). From this, the definition of the derivative is explained and stated. Additionally this video discusses the two common types of notation, the Leibniz and the Lagrange notation for the derivative.
