Revise your core subjects (English, Maths and Science.) and try some critical thinking questions as well. Questions like: idiomatic expressions and their meaning. Basic BODMASS mathematical questions. General knowledge and some public health questions
I will tell the Authorities at the hospital. They go will run an investigation like doing autopsy test to find out what exactly killed the patient before talking any further action. It could be a wrong prescription or from the complications of the ailment. Telling the family without proper investigation and evidence will jeopardize the reputation of the hospital since the family will rightfully so blow it out of proportion like involving the police or worse suing the facility.
My answer is I will help my colleagues to be careful with the medicine she or he gives to a patient it can leads to the death of that person not going to the extra miles to report her or him no that’s not a good decision I have to help him or her to know the prescribed medicine for each patient if she or he repeats it then I will report him or her to my supervisor

Not all schools may allow that. The fact is most of your face must be seen. How you made your hair too may earn you some point and I think you don't want to lose that. So if you ask me, I will say it depends on the school you applied to and how those on the panel see and believes things.
