Season 10 Starts off with America’s favorite military tribute truck! Sgt. Rock is back and ready for final assembly! Garage Guru, Stacey David, takes us on a tour de force of custom fabrication as he covers all the nuts and bolts of what it’s taken to get Sgt. Rock ready to rumble. Builders of all levels are in for a great show as Stacey tackles one of a kind steering columns, gas pedals and designing a console that not only fits form, but also function. Gauges techs will keep your instrument panels in line. And a quick tip will keep your wires from fraying and your hoses from splitting. All this and more as Sgt. Rock and Season 10 hit the road full throttle.

What helped a lot in my build was being part of a car club that knows my car inside & out. Members helped with the Supercharger install & tuning & many other parts & are like a close family.

Sgt. Rock is the coolest pickup truck out there! I'd love to see you do a resto-mod of a 1941 Chevy COE truck. This was the model used in the horror movie Jeepers Creepers. Such a cool looking truck to make work in todays world!

Love the full episodes. I can’t get this show in Canada anymore so this is where I get my fix. Just add ads and release all full episodes please and I promise to watch them all. I can’t afford to buy the show so hook a brother up Stacey. I think others would also be happy.

i wish motor trend would pick up this show and give him unlimited freedom so he didnt need to do those cheesy add segments, stacey has always been my favorite builder i've been watching him since trucks hes the most creative builder out there with such great unique taste that is so much off the beaten path, he's always been ahead of the trends or starting them like he started the late 60's chevy trucks

Hell yeah! I'm 40 and remember my dad watching Trucks and all the other shows that were all on, like 5 in a row on Sunday morning when I was like 12 years old. I think it was called Power Block because it was a block of 4-6 automotive shows. 👌👍

I love your project Sgt Rock. I have a back injury and since you have plenty of room under the present seats, I would install at least on the driver side a Bostrom Air Ride Seat Suspension. It would look the same but for a much smoother off road ride.

For the tech tip, we used to just Hillfolk it with some fuel line with a slice lengthwise, and some 3m weatherstrip adhesive for bear snot to hold it😬

Using things that look like rivets for that military look is funny, as the military got away from rivets as fast as they could because become crew shredding projectiles in combat.

I've been watching Stacey since way back on Trucks! which I think I started watching back in 98-99 or so. I've wanted to work on a project vehicle for so long.. And It's probably going to have to come down to me spending tens of thousands of dollars and actually building a garage that I can completely disassemble something and work on in. Somebody want to loan me $30000 to make that happen so I can restore the $1600 79 chevy pickup I've got to work on? lol.

Hi Stacey I just bought a 2001 jeep Cherokee sport 4x4 and every single thing on this vehicle is original the engine is leaking oil from the head gasket to you name it , driving this vehicle some time felt as if it is floating , first thing is the engine can you recommend (not davis) a engine rebuilding company somewhere that I can just ship it to get the job done , seem everyone is selling the engine replacing the engine is not my field thanks .

When you were in France it showed me your caliber you showed footage of a video of a man shaking everyone's hand at the world war memorial that man's name was Theo Calvin and very close to my heart I wanted to take him there but it was arranged that a woman would be his honor guard but I asked him if I could follow he said it wouldn't make any difference this is something for me

Put an LS1 in it and no one will blowby you again. jk put a new set of rings in it and hone the cylinders.

Yea pretty much. Its a while your in there might as well freshen up the whole thing kind of deal. Might help to get a spare engine and rebuild it and have it ready to swap it out in one go if your not worried about numbers matching.

Miss this show on tv, this and shows like this used to fill the dvr but I’ve switched to watching a lot online. Couldn’t he have done hard line down the radius rods for the power steering like he had done for the brakes ? Overall that’s a huge job that came out awesome,it’s fine how it is I always liked this truck from the start.
