I wonder if Ari Aster who wrote & directed "Hereditary" was inspired by these dioramas to make his main character Annie Graham a miniature artist? He might have been in my opinion!
daniel hainline, I absolutely love that you made that connection. I actually hadn’t even thought of that seeing as I shot and edited this almost a full year ago. But that movie was so twisted and great! I could totally see them taking inspiration from these, for sure!
I was impressed by Annie's miniatures in the movie. I was thinking of Charlie's car accident when I saw her mother recreate it as I was watching this newscast.
