Both Risu and Reine lack the innate healing and tankiness that irys has in her kits that make her still the #1 money farmer

@@DrHungN Mostly irrelevant when you get used to dodging everything. I'm at a point where I can do no item stage 3 hard runs with items locked on most characters. When you run something 20 times in one day to gachikoi, suddenly becomes very easy.

Kayyu has already said there won't be a nerf to the money making methods, there literally is no reason for it. Making the game more annoying is the opposite of what the dev want.

Reine is good because she is low effort. Her main money maker is also a very good on call crowd clear if used correctly, her passive is an AOE slow, and her main weapon is strong enough to burn her way out of a crowd. So, the pressure to survive is less intense, and you can focus on optimal farming. Risu is more efficient but also requires more skill. What makes her so effective for farming is the insane projectile spam drastically increasing her enemy engagement and the DLC, which improves her both her coin pickup and her projectile spam. But, she doesn't have Reine's crowd control, her passive isn't super useful for farming, and her main weapon doesn't help her if she gets cornered. So Risu dies very easily if you aren't paying attention. Even a rank novice can use Make it Reine, while Nut Farm requires some skill (and upgrades) to pull off effectively.

AZKi seems really great too, seen some JP videos of her earning 3m holocoins in a run.

This is also why Super chatto time synergizes with Greed & Pekora stamp combo. It doubles the coin value of a coin pick-up. So instead of Koe getting 500k, he woulda got close to a mil. Personally I like to get all the haste possible for my farming runs. So I end up with Super chat, candy, halu, energy drink, mask, shackle. That lets me just stack attack ups on levels with a few speeds. That's just my pref, of front loading so I can ignore haste, most do the opposite, and front load dmg.

some said the piggybank names changed if you have it when using Moona... I didn't try it yet though

i never played vampire survivors but likewise, since ive been watching some content made me try it. turn out it's a fun game and having many different characters to play with, and upgrade them further keeps me hooked.

I just had two full 20 mins run without greed and pekora stamp and one with greed but without pekora stamp and died immediately after halu 4 upgrade. This build is nice but you have to be very lucky to get the right stamps early

someone already tested it and irys run is roughly the same as golden rod farming. there's rng involved in both tho so you can prob just choose either and you wont lose that much efficiency.

@@khoonsta Idk if we saw the same video but in the one I watched, the guy used the in-game clock’s time for IRyS vs real time for fishing. Therefore, fishing is going to be more efficient if both tested in real time. Although idk how many people can actually hold a 200+ fishing chain.

​@@JohnSmith-oc6gm true, you need to be at least chain 200+ to beat the late game coins farming build which is not a lot of people can do I think. Best way is just like Koe said, go fishing early game, max the upgrades then start doing coins farming build. At the very least I can vouch, I just started Holocure like 4-5 days ago, and around 10h of fishing with some breaks, I maxed out everything already with everyone at G20.

irys can get 1m+ per run comfortably tho

@@khoonsta How are you guys getting so much coins with Irys? I had the same build using risu and it gave me like 4x the gold (got almost 200k in stage 2). I only had like 7 upgrades to gold and rest was just basically non essentials. Please do share/teach me how....

A guy was running circles with irys in stage 3 hard, stamps+defensive items for 1,7 mil in 35 mins. And fishing with an unbroken combo (260+) for 1,6 mil in same time.

But that requires you to be good at Rhythm Games. I fucking suck lmao.

@@matasa7463 Im decent enough at rhythm games, I just hate it when the game says I didnt press a direction when I definitely did and ruins the rhythm, so it cascades into failure.

@@WhiteZet1 35 mins in game time is not actually 35 mins so you can't go by that. the game spends quite a bit of time per game in a paused state picking up boxes upgrading at anvils/picking collabs and lv up choices. also for pc's that slowdown when it gets crazy adds time that fishing simply doesnt have. both methods are more then enough though so it barely matters, a couple runs even without a fully unoptimized irys will max out both shop and g ranks of your whole roster in an hour.

Saw a video of 2m Irys, but it was on endless, not stage mode. Regardless yea she's still better. Seems like if you're good at fishing it's pretty close though, which is just wild imo.

Yeah there's a soft cap for Haste where adding anymore would give neglible increases.

I always chuckle as Fubuki going speed because it looks like the attack animation resets because it takes longer to end than the hosted next attack. Unsure if that's just a visual or actually hampering thing though. Moving too fast to notice.

Well, haste is very great for melee but for projectile it might not effective if haste is way too high

For example, using the Holocure wiki's equation for the Haste stat and Ina's weapon, she has diminishing returns after 50% Haste stat. 0%-50% > attack time goes from 78 to 52 51%-100% > attack time goes from 52 to 39 100%-200% > attack time goes from 39 to 26 You can see there's a soft cap past 50%.

outside of the gacha to get everyone to rank 20, not sure.

idk much about the game, only played it a bit but his Risu is level 22 or something. iirc it increase the base stats. and I'm not sure how it works for this game but, if it's like any other game, having higher base stats means the +% for atk u get from upgrading the weapon in a stage, or damage overall are multipliers of the base stats.

you get dupes via gacha which increases their base stats, and if you have the fandoms unlocked, theres three ranks which also give you stat bonuses as well. then you just get skill and stat ups during the run for more output.

its not your attack that goes up, its the weapon's base damage that goes up, which you cant see the effect of unless you have damage numbers enabled

It’s the same as to why still playing after u 100% a game,. Because optimizing a strategy and see how far u can push it is fun, and why do anyone play video games anyway ? Because of “Fun”.

3 coins per second in exchange for 50% more ATK and 25% damage reduction. You're making waaaaaayyyy more than 3 coins per second while money farming, so it's a negligible cost in exchange for more damage (and thusly more coins from Greed) and survivability.
