Respected Madam, these four personalities were the 4 messengers of God , sent by HIM on different times to call people towards Allah, first Nooh prophet pbhh, then Moses prophet pbuh whom jews follow, and then Jesus (Eesa ) prophet pbuh whom christians follow and in last Muhammad s.a.w. prophet whom Muslims follow. 1. It is pronounced as anjeer not injeer by us in India, in English language as fig. 2. Zaiytoon in English means olive. 3. Toor ( toori seena ) means mount sinai where prophet moses heard a voice ( supposedly of Allah swt ) from a seemingly burning Bush, and had a conversation where he was conferred with prophet hood, and directed to go to pharaoh, and asking him to let go the Israelites with him, and free them from his bond age. 4. Balad means city.
