I’ve had this happen! 😂 reminds me of this joke; ‘’The Drowning Man A fellow was stuck on his rooftop in a flood. He was praying to God for help. Soon a man in a rowboat came by and the fellow shouted to the man on the roof, “Jump in, I can save you.” The stranded fellow shouted back, “No, it’s OK, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me.” So the rowboat went on. Then a motorboat came by. “The fellow in the motorboat shouted, “Jump in, I can save you.” To this the stranded man said, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.” So the motorboat went on. Then a helicopter came by and the pilot shouted down, “Grab this rope and I will lift you to safety.” To this the stranded man again replied, “No thanks, I’m praying to God and he is going to save me. I have faith.” So the helicopter reluctantly flew away. Soon the water rose above the rooftop and the man drowned. He went to Heaven. He finally got his chance to discuss this whole situation with God, at which point he exclaimed, “I had faith in you but you didn’t save me, you let me drown. I don’t understand why!” To this God replied, “I sent you a rowboat and a motorboat and a helicopter, what more did you expect?”

I worked as a sales manager at Harley Dealer in the South and this objection came up with a couple. My sales guy who is a nut, grabbed their hands and mine and we all held hands and he knelt down and so we all did too. He lead the most sincere prayer and was so moving like a southern Baptist preacher. We all rose when he lead us up, and I was even moved by his prayer. The guy looked over to his wife and nodded and said well take it! I was blown away!

I actually had this objection when I sold alarm systems that a family's home. They wanted me to join hands with them around the table while they prayed about it. I did. Luckily, it worked out for me.

Be *careful* ! You may win the sale, but God is not mocked. They are praying about it so *GOD* is pleased. How someone "feels" has nothing to do with how God is pleased. It sounds like there's a strong disconnect with how *they* feel. No creation is smarter than our own Creator. A salesman told me the same response you're saying here and they DIDN'T get the sale because people can't help people they don't understand.

At first, I really liked your videos, because they brought value, they teached a lot of useful and directly applicable stuff. Now, they still do, but there's something that I'm noticing since the past few months that make me watch your videos less and less. It's simply the smile. I don't know if it's just for me but, especially on longer videos (15-20min), when I gotta sit for an extend period of time and digest a lot of info, it soon starts to feel like something is missing and it's too "serious". Now, don't get me wrong, I know that the topics you teach on are important to help people grow and make more money and that there should be a part of the teaching approach that's professional and serious, but I've seen a lot of other RU-vidrs, salesmen, sales experts who can make me watch extended length videos without a problem while maintaining my attention, entertainment et positive attitude. I don't know if that's one of the reason that makes you have less views than other sales people, but I can almost certainly say that if you bring a little more joy and genuine smiles in your videos, it'll help a lot. Plus, when you smile, you look great, and it makes us more appreciative and closer to you. 😊

Idk. I never heard of Jesus wanting you to save money so that sounds kinda cheesy. People who have to pray about it are emotionally driven, so you have to touch on something that strikes a chord. For insurance I would say something like Jesus wants you to protect and care for your family. For saving money, same thing, He wants you to be able to provide for your family, and saving money allows you to do that. For business, I would say taking care of your employees so they can take care of their families. When your employees get better leads, they can provide for a better quality of life for themselves and their families. The goal is not to close the sale, it's to help people through the products or services you provide
