3 levels of sincerity:- A) You don't see yourself doing anything. B) You do it Only for the Pleasure of Allah SWT and not for the reward. C) You are never pleased with your deeds.
1) ‘Allahumma inni astaghfiruka mimma tubtu ilaika minhu summa udtu fih’- Ya Allah please forgive me from what I’ve already repented from and then I went back and did it. 2) ‘Wa astaghfiruka mimma ja’altahu ala nafsi summa la uffi bihi laka ‘ - And I seek your forgiveness from what I promised you and I didn’t fulfill it. 3) Wa astaghfiruka mima za’amta anni aradtu bihi wajhaka fakhalata qalbi minhu ma qad amiltu.’ - And please forgive me, from that thing that I said I’m doing it only for you and then nafs came in wanted part of. Alhamullilah. This was the dua that was mentioned at the end. Assalamu Alaikum.

Dear dr.sh.haifaa,i can not tell you how grateful I am to Allah SWT for introducing uu (&all other ustadat)to me,ur lessons are what all my life is about ,by practicing those principles and realities Allah SWT reward uu with the joyful feeling uu can ever have, and making uu feel in secure, and how it s wonderful to know that we are many sharing the same way of thinking, the same goal loving each other even if we ve never met, for the sake of ALLAH SWT I'm in med school, and it was so touched to see a woman who can practice her deen in each part of her life (medical profession even) May Allah bless uu dear sheikha and all the sisters!!❤❤

Assalamu alaykom wa rahma'tullah, subhan Allah, I am seeing how modern teaching impresses upon our youth the need to 'sell themselves' [ aauthu billah!] where they feel the need to tell everyojne how great they are, how they excel etc... and that can fall into qibr and to self deception, it is a real worry, how to teach our children humility when they feel that anything less that being considered 'wonderful' is somehow a lack of love? La hawla qwa la qutaa illah billah.
